This is a beautiful, just renovated house on the hills surrounding Port de Soller. This house enjoys spectacular views to the bay and its surroundings and complete privacy yet it is only an 8-minute walk to the promenade and beach.

Renovated this winter, this house features an all-new modern interior, new complete bathrooms and kitchen, and all-new furniture. You will find three nicely-sized bedrooms, all with views to the bay and with ample storage areas. Both bathrooms are large and also completely new, finished in impeccable white-angled tiles. The open living room-kitchen area is over 40 m2 with access to the front terrace to enjoy the views. The kitchen itself features an island for easy breakfast and all new appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc.

Outside, the house features private parking for three cars and a nice garden. A swimming pool is currently under construction and will be finished by the middle of March (more pictures coming). The house is surrounded by oak, pine and olive trees.

This house is a gem, and its location is unbeatable; it is far away enough from the promenade that you won't run into the typical summer crowd yet an 8-minute walk takes you to the heart of the Port de Soller. The views are truly amazing and you have direct view to the sunset over the sea. This is an experience hard to forget.
