Dream newly-built house in a quiet location in Sa Pobla, ideal for a holiday with family or friends!

The newly-built Villa is located at the north of the island in a very quiet area where you can find a lot of tranquility, At the entrance you have a lovely big living- dinningroom area in an open concept, has a fully equipped kitchen and provides an unobstructed view of the beautiful terrace. There are three bedrooms, one master on suite with bathtub, an two other bedrooms with two single beds in each and also a extra bathroom with shower.

The house has a large, well-kept and furnished terrace with comfortable sun beds. A place where you have to just enjoy the sunset views of the Tramuntana mounatins, also you are just about 15 minuts from Muro beach, shopping areas, restaurants etc, you will find easy everything you need.

IMPORTANT:

Villa auf dem Bauernhof

Von der Villa kommt man schnell an die umliegenden Strände Die Umgebung ist sehr laut und auf Grund der Landwirtschaft staubig. Die Wirtin ist dauernd auf dem Grundstück und sehr unfreundlich. Es gibt viel zu wenig Schattenplätze, am Pool gar nicht. Der Komfort ist lange nicht so hochwertig wie beschrieben. Auch wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht benutzt enstehen hohe Zusatzkosten durch Strombenutzung.
