We are two professional couples living and working in the Cayman Islands and recently purchased this apartment as an investment to facilitate vacation rentals.

Why Greg or Steven chose George Town

The location is unbeatable. It really is central to everything on island and on Seven Mile Beach. There are very few one bedroom apartments available on the beach and with its proximity to Camana Bay, the location is truly amazing. The unit has been occupied by a long-term tenant through until the end of October 2016 and we look forward to welcoming our first guests from November 2016 onwards. We have had such good interest since making it available.

What makes this apartment unique

As this is our first tourism rental season and rentals only start in November, we haven't been able to receive any reviews as yet. Why not take advantage of our reduce introductory rates from November to early December rates and enjoy your vacation with us in Cayman. You benefit from a reduce rate and we benefit by hopefully receiving your positive review.

Fantastic location and Deal for SMB

This was a fantastic find along SMB. Location is close to everything (Beach, restaurants, shops, etc...). Greg communicated several times with us. The unit provided beach chairs, beach toys, and a hard cooler for days when the beach was busier with cruise ship people. If we ever come back to Grand Cayman, I would definitely stay in this place again.

Perfect location. Well stocked. Quiet and so relaxing

Located on a perfectly soft beach where water is gorgeous and easy to swim and float in. Also has a lovely, clean, quiet pool with sitting areas, hammock & grill. They have thought of everything in this condo. Royal Palms is a must for lunch or snacks, and a must to try for dinner. Amazing dinner meal. Can’t wait to return. Hint: pack some dry foods, snacks and liquor to help with higher costs in island. Easy to get to grocery and buy some items and kitchen is great to work in. Island has many fun things to see/do, or you can just kick back and relax for days. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, nice condo, well equipped.

This is on the south end of 7 mile beach, a quick trip from the airport or cruise port. My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in April 2018. The unit is a short walk to the beach, Camana Bay shopping center, and several restaurants including fast food. We loved the place and will note only 2 things that could be improved, only to be totally honest about the unit. The tile work in the shower does need a good scrubbing because there is mold and/or mildew on the grout. Also, the couch is a little worn and not too comfortable to sit on. That said, we would definitely return and stay at Greg and Steven's little place. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. Guests staying at Island Pines condos have free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas that the Royal Palms rents to its customers. However, on days when cruise ships are in the harbor they may be scarcer. They also have a beach side full service bar and restaurant. We have stayed in rental condos before and this one is for sure in the top 10 percent overall. We loved the food at Chicken! Chicken!, which is right across the street and Lone Star Bar and Grill, which is a few blocks north. We did a snorkel/sting ray encounter with Captain Marvin's and that was fantastic. Great crew and lots of fun, plus they provide transportation to and from your location. For a nice relaxing massage, call Helen at Spa To Go (spatogo.ky). She is fantastic. Many thanks to Greg and Steven for sharing this little gem!

Location is great

Communication with owner was very nice good and he came to greet us within an hour after we arrived and showed us the property,pool and beach. Unit has been upgraded. Tv and internet work well. The kitchen is well supplied. The only area for improvement would be better cleaning in the shower floor and a newer couch and maybe adding another TV in bedroom.

Greg & Steven were very responsive and kept in touch. Condo has been remodeled and very nice. Was not clear that it did not have a view (my mistake and I missed this part), but a short walk past the pool and the volleyball court to the beautiful beach! Enjoy. Chris.

Our listing does not suggest we are oceanfront or have ocean views and I don't believe our pictures mislead in this area either. If there is anything we can change on our listing to better express this, please let us know as we certainly do not wish to mislead. To clarify for future guests, the unit is located in an oceanfront complex with direct access to the beach, but does not have ocean views itself. We are the second building from the ocean front and just a 200m walk to the beach.
