A waterfront residence on Smokehouse Bay. A view or the Bay and Marina from main balcony patio and master bedroom private balcony.

The heated pool and hot tub area includes an exercise room, weights, treadmills, etc. with a glass wall that faces the pool and Bay. Private covered and secure parking. The kitchen has granite counter tops with breakfast island with stools. A large laundry room with laundry sink. A locked up storage room in garage area for bicycles, etc.

The master suite has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

all bedrooms have new flat screen TVs, livingroom & master bedroom have smart TVs

Besides the marina, it includes three restaurants (seafood and Italian) for indoor/outdoor dining, fifth ave coffee shop, Ricks Island Day Spa, Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop.

Clean comfortable and roomy

This unit was exactly as described and pictured. We have a great time. It had an excellent view of the bay and a nice circular bar and restaurants on site. We especially liked Mangos Restaurant. Bikes were included with the rental which we used to check out the island. We also love Naples which is only about a half hour drive from Marco. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return someday ourselves.

A Great Two Weeks At The Explanade

Our experience in renting from Richard Burns has been excellent. The view overlooking the marina, and having the restaurants and shops below are a real plus to anyone's vacation. A brisk walk to Tigertail or South Beach is wonderful for a group that likes to get their exercise every morning. I have vacationed at the Esplanade since it was first built, and have enjoy every trip. The family, friends and I would recommend a stay at Richard's condo. Hope to book again next year.

Location, Location, Location

Simply put, our stay was FANTASTIC! Prior to arrival, the owner Rich was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions very promptly.

Rich has everything so we'll organized for arrival and departure. The unit is very well equipped for a very easy enjoyable stay. There is a foldable cart to assist with moving items in, very handy. When you arrive, you are supposed to register in the community room. We tried finding someone on duty, no one works there, so simply use you key, enter and sign in.

All of the beds are very comfortable and zoned away from one another to allow for privacy. The furnishings are well above what you might normally find. The views are spectacular!

We spent considerable time on the lanai watching the activity in the marina or relaxing while reading a good book.

The farmers market on Wednesdays is an easy walk and most enjoyable. ACCESS to whatever you might want is very close, including shops and restaurants. MANGOS was our favorite for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plus the easy listening music on Sunday afternoons was a hit.

We'd certainly entertain another stay in the future and would recommend it highly.

Condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained,very large,views of Smokehouse Bay and gateway to ocean were beautiful,peaceful,and relaxing. Lanai overlooking Mangos Bistro and CJ's on the

Bay was perfectly located to people watch and enjoy the boats.The proximity of Cold Stone Creamery and

Starbucks Coffee was great to look forward to after partying all day on the island and in Naples.We would

recommend this condo to any of our fiends.We look forward to staying there again in the future

A Wonderful January in Paradise

We just spent a month in this beautiful condo and it had everything we needed for a terrific vacation. We are particular about cleanliness, good beds, well appointed kitchen and bath and location when we rent and this condo had all of that! It was easy to work with the owner and the pictures and description of property helped with our decision. We are lake cottage/snow skiing people so Florida beach weather was a new experience for us. We chose this location so we could watch the boating activity and it did not disappoint.The view was spectacular from the porches; people and boat watching were really enjoyable, not to mention the gorgeous sunsets each evening. Friends briefly joined us and appreciated the other king bed and bath. Laundry facilities were another plus as many of the beach rentals we looked at had shared facilities on each floor. While we appreciated the secure parking, we found we walked alot and that was great! Grocery is across the street and many fine restaurants (Loved Philly Grille-innovative, fresh cuisine) were just blocks away along with shops, bookstore (they special ordered a book for me), and farmers' market every Wednesday where we bought fresh produce and ethnic food for our lunches on our porch. We rode bikes, sailed with friends, enjoyed the excercise room and pool, walked along the harbor most evenings. Starbucks and all three restaurants in the Esplanade were very handy with fabulous views of harbor while dining outdoors. The Esplande is centrally located on the island and with proof of a month's rental agreement, the resident beach pass is available for a fee....well worth it, we thought! We made a few trips to Naples to visit friends, shop, and dine...also most enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo and location.

Great Place to Stay....We're comming back in April

This is the second time we have stayed here and the place is perfect.

Clean, well equiped and easy to access all that Marco Island offers.

We especially like the docking provisions right in front of the

Esplanade for our boat.

We like it so much we are comming back for 2 weeks in April 2013.
