Central in Aviemore 2 bedroom apartment

Great central base in Aviemore base with shops, cafes all nearby.

Two bedroom fresh and modern ground floor apartment in a small block of six flats. Cosy lounge with 32 inch TV with various channels/Netflix, catch up TV. 2 and 3 seater cloth sofas, Free 24 hour wifi. New carpets fitted throughout in 2018.

Electricity is extra by key bought at local shop or Post office. Average winter £5 daily, Summer £2. The apartment is all electric.

The Apartment is on the quieter south side of Aviemore. All walks on hand. The train and rail stops are a minute walk away.

Double bedroom with memory foam mattress, fully fitted mirror wardrobes with plenty of space for your belongings. Dressing table and mirror. Single bedroom has single bed and single pull out bed NB: when the bed is out the space in the room is limited and the bed is not parallel to the other single bed. Please be aware of this before you book, see photo 15. Each bedroom is fitted with full mirror wardrobes. Table and chairs are stored in the wardrobes and can be taken out when needed in the lounge. Dressing table and mirror fitted.

Bathroom with bath and shower.

Shops, restaurants, train + bus stops, cycle routes/walks all on hand. Travel cot with mattress new in 2018.


Electricity is extra by key and works out around £1-2 daily in summer £4/5 in the winter dependent on usage, there will be electricity in for a nights stay so no need to worry about getting top up straightaway. Top up at any post office or pay point outlet or the Best One shop on Grampian Road which is open till 8pm daily. Co-op at Dalfaber open till 10pm every night.

Lounge with three seater sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob and oven all crockery, cutlery, pans provided. The Apartment is fully carpeted throughout.

Double bedroom has double bed and memory foam mattress, dressing table/mirror and fully fitted mirror wardrobes with plenty of storage space and hangers.

Single bedroom has single bed and single bed stored underneath, PLEASE NOTE, when the bed is out it is not parallel to other single and space is limited in the room once out, may not be suitable for couples. Dresser with mirror and fully fitted mirror wardrobes with ample space for storage and clothes. PLEASE NOTE: Dining table and chairs stored in the single bedroom wardrobe and can be pulled out if needed, this is to make the most of the space in the lounge.

White suite in the bathroom with Triton shower, full size bath to relax in after a long day in the Cairngorms.

Plenty of free parking to rear and front of apartment.

NO SMOKING at THE APARTMENT OR ANY COMMUNAL AREAS and gardens surrounding the block.

All bed linen and towels are supplied.

Plenty of green space adjacent to apartment. Great for kids and adults of all ages. Tesco Supermarket open 7 Days between 7-10pm and Sunday 8-8pm Garage/Marks + Spencer food ... Open 24 hours 100 metres from apartment Restaurants/shops all nearby.

Kitchen has all appliances, microwave, kettle, washer, fridge with freezer compartment, single fan oven, electric ceramic hob. All crockery, pans, cutlery is supplied.

Bathroom has vanity unit and Triton shower over the bath.

Why Aviemore Apartment chose Aviemore

The location could not be better central in the village all amenities at hand. Indian restaurant, cafes, restaurants. Superb base to explore Aviemore and walks nearby to the rear of the property is Craigellachie Nature Reserve, walk to the top and see the panoramic view of the Aviemore basin.

What makes this apartment unique

Central base in Aviemore. Woodland to the rear and Craigellachie nature reserve. Large green space to the side to sit/picnic in the summer or make a snowman when the snow arrives.
