Based in the famous London Olympic Park, this gorgeous brand new house has all the latest amenities for a luxurious stay. Featuring 5 bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and dining room, and multiple roof terraces, this is a fantastic base for short or long stays.

Close to Westfield shopping centre, and overground and underground rail stations, this is the perfect place for a family or large group of friends looking for a modern and popular area of London!

The Space:

This five bedroom house is palatial and modern.

As you enter the house, the kitchen is on your left, with access to a front terrace and private garage.

The first floor has access to a roof terrace, as well as bathroom, and two double bedrooms. As you ascend to the third floor, you will find one more bathroom, two single rooms and a master bedroom with a king sized bed.

Overlooking the Olympic Velodrome, and surrounded by scenic green parks, this is the perfect place to stay for business or travel in London.


The modern living space is beautifully decorated in contemporary monochrome tones. Large floor to ceiling windows at either end of the space flood the room with light, creating a comfortable atmosphere in which to sit at the chic black dining table which seats 6 comfortably.

From here, you can use our WiFi, watch our smart TV, or enjoy a more formal meal.

The kitchen is accessed via a partition, and is full of brand new, top of the range features. Under cupboard lights which can be dimmed are a romantic feature. There is a double oven, and an induction hob, plus all of the utensils you would need to prepare a delicious meal!

From the kitchen, you can access the private garage, with bike storage and EV charger. (Please let us know if you would like access, for an additional fee of £20 per day).


There are 2 floors of bedrooms in our house, with a master on each.

On the first floor, there is a double room, with cosy sitting area. Here you can relax, and breakfast in front of the television, or work from the desk.

There is also a smaller double room on the first floor, with views onto the private terrace.

The second floor has the second master with a king sized bed, and large windows.

There are two single rooms on this floor, perfect if you are travelling as a family.

All bedrooms have plenty of hanging space for your belongings, and a desk. All beds will be made up with hotel quality linen with an added touch of luxury.


The main bathroom is on the first floor. Decorated in calming sandstone, there is a full bathtub, shower basin and toilet.

A smaller, walk in shower and toilet are on the second floor.

There is also a WC on the ground floor, giving a large group all of the privacy they will need. We will also provide large fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries for every guest.

Interaction with Guests:

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

The Neighborhood:

Since hosting the Olympics, Stratford has become one of the most popular areas in London!

Home to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with the exhilarating orbital slide and amazing walks, as well as The Lee Valley Velo Park and the London Aquatics Centre if you are sporty! There really is something for everyone in the local area.

Westfield shopping centre has also set up here, if you fancy browsing the latest stores!

Getting Around:

There are two main stations to get around.

Stratford international rail station is a 12 minute walk away. From here you can get trains to Central London and the rest of the country.

Stratford underground station is just 20 minutes away. From here you can take the Central line into central London in no time at all!

Please note: Please let us know in advance if you would like access to the car park, which will be £20 extra per stay.

Furthermore, our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Excellent for large group

Very comfortable for a large family like ours with all modern amenities like washing machine dryer and fully equipped modern kitchen. The bedrooms on First and second floors offered a bit of privacy too.

Only hitch was the lack of a family living room space. The only family sit together space was the dining table

Excellent prompt service. Overall, We had a Fantastic stay!

Immaculate, spacious property
