The flat is Located in a "golden triangle", at equal distance from Saint-Germain des Prés 'Church, St. Supice' Church and the Bon Marché. With icts livy streets, the apartment benefits from Many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, Whose area is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room / dining room, kitchen equiped year (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing machine and dryer) and separate water closet. It is located on the 3rd floor (US speaking) with elevator, light and absolutely quiet (patio and garden). It is a high standard apartment (typical woodfloor, molding, fireworks) with Concierge qui Was subject to a full renovation with an integrated air conditioning system. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad and video security.
The apartment is very nice. Good furniture, the kitchen had all we need and the location is great ! We would stay there again, for sure!
Couldn't have asked for anything better. This apartment is located smack in the middle of the 6th Arrondisment, but perfectly tucked away from this hustle and bustle of rue de rennes. You are steps away from lovely bakeries, restaurants, shoe shops [lots of shoe shops] and ridiculously close to the metro. I'm not sure what it is about this apartment but i slept better than i've slept in months.. and longer as well. The space is perfect for 3 or 4 people, apt very well appointed, wifi worked well, plenty of closet space, kitchen well appointed [coffee makers, drip and pod], etc and a heating rack for towels in the bathroom. Frederic and Ruth were incredibly welcome and easy to work with. Definitely coming back.
We had a wonderful stay. The owner is lovely, thoughtful and very professional. He had a stack of tourist books ready for us and even power adapters. His housekeeper showed up early for us and was also lovely. The location is excellent - besides being in the center, there is a small super market across the street and a big Monoprix just 7 minutes walk away (next to St. Germain). Apartment very clean with nice quality sheets and towels. Only thing to be aware of is that there is only one toilet since the bathroom with the shower doesn't have one. But the washer and dryer were super convenient to have. We would definitely rent again.
We've been there with our two kids (3 and 7 years old) for one week and we loved! Everything was excellent since the first contact with the owner, who is a very gentle and polite person! The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. We didn't have any problem there. Everything very easy and there is a supermarket just in front. Excellent location! My kids loved it too. We really have a nice vacation staying there and when I come back to Paris I hope it's available because I certainly want to be there again. I highly recommend!
We stayed here spring 2015. (Date above incorrect) Fabulous for our family of 4. Very very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Fantastic location. Highly recommend.
Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) stayed at the apartment for a week in June / July. The location was fabulous, within close walking distance to many wonderful spots in the St. Germain neighborhood. We loved being able to take morning walks to Luxembourg Gardens and appreciated all of the great restaurants nearby. The apartment was exactly as pictured online -clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Bedrooms were a good size and the common living area (with dining area) was fantastic for our family -- we would stay here again and again over a hotel due to the great space. Ruth, the housekeeper and greeter, was extremely friendly and accessible, and made our check in and check out process a breeze. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Paris and would absolutely recommend to friends.
Saint Germain des Prés'Church, Saint Sulpice Church, Le Bon Marché and the Luxembourg garden are really nice in the neighborood Areas.
