Our 130 sq.m. air-conditioned traditional southern home features four bedrooms including 2 master suites, one of which with a balcony. The 2000 sq.m. of private grounds around the house are serene. The 50 sq.m. pool is a pleasure with a spacious deck and full southern exposure. A newly installed summer kitchen and grill (plancha) are conveniently located nearby. Life here is all about sun, wine, olive oil and old fountains ! In 2019, the house has been granted with 3 stars ***, which underline the quality of our service (nevertheless, there is no rise applied this year ;-) ) Hence, the local taxe will remain low.

Figanières : located between the Saint Tropez Gulf and the Gorges du Verdon, our small village is situated at an altitude of 314 meters in the Var region of Provence, ( just 35 mn from the beach. Figanières is a direct one-hour highway drive from both the Nice and Marseille airports, and just a twenty-minute drive from the high-speed train station in Les Arcs-Draguignan. The village is encircled by three surrounding hills. Locals live in the old town as well as the adjoining valley. The Notre-Dame de l’Olivier 12th-century chapel is just 5 mn walk from our home.
Our home provides easy access to both the mid-mountains and the sea. Enjoy a taste of our sweet Provencal way of life ! Soak in the sun from the morning to the evening thanks to our south-facing location and spacious deck and pool. Star gazers will appreciate clear views of the constellations in the evening.
A concierge service is proposed for your convenience and will welcome you for check-in and be there for check out (included). As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will be in touch with him to learn more about a wide range of services if you wish so : local shopping, airport transfers, sheets, towels,… (fees apply). If you need so, ask for baby sit and bed.
House cleaning (at the end of your rental), sheet and towels are included.
Our house is appreciated for :
• Its large living area with high ceilings and visible wooden beams. This space, which comprises a dining area, a TV room and a cozy living room, opens up directly onto the deck and pool. Enjoy your meals under an exterior awning just outside, facing the 60 sq.m. pool deck.
• 2000 sq.m. of calm, private grounds overlooking the valley and vineyards. The grounds are landscaped with oak, palm, olive, mandarin and eucalyptus trees…
• Accommodations able to welcome up to eight guests (possibly two families). Two independant master suites feature a bathroom for one and a bathroom and balcony for the other. A third bedroom equipped with bunkbeds is ideal for children or teens (the top bunk for children 7 and up) while a fourth bedroom features two single beds that can be regrouped into one double bed. You may request a spare additional bed from the owner for an additional child.

A traditional-style southern house, this rental features modern comfort including reversible air conditioning. The bathrooms were recently entirely renovated.
Coffee makers with filters, Tassimo, hot water heater for tea...
Guests are welcome to use the ping-pong table in the yard. And to play with 2 sets of "pétanque" balls.

During summer (July/August), reservations are from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum. 10% is offered when you reserve up to 7 days. Other months, minimum is 5 nights.
House cleaning (at the end of your rental) is included.
Landscape, pool and concierge service staff visit the house regularly throughout the year to maintain the house and grounds for your comfort. Thank you for assisting them as necessary during their visits to ensure you enjoy the best possible stay.
The spacious pool (open approximatively from may to september) faces south and is equipped with a safety alarm NF. Adults are reminded that children should never be left unsupervised by the pool. They are responsable for the safety in and around the pool.
The house is entirely non-smoking.

Regional drought has resulted in a ban on fire for BBQs. A large electric grill (plancha) is available for BBQs, serving as an alternative. Please, follow the instructions for your safety and others.
A handbook and a disclaim of liability « pool » form (to fill in) wil be sent to you once reservation is made. Thank you. Don’t hesitate to contact us by email with any questions you may have.
"Taxe de séjour" : local tax is applied for guests . Amount : 75 centimes for each adult (over 18) and each night. Since 2018, it's directly collected by Homelidays/Abritel.
The house has steps. A stairway with a bannister and security net provides access from the living room to the first floor.

Our house is only 10 mn walk from the center of the village where you’ll find : café, pharmacie, bakery, restaurant… Market every Tuesday and Sunday morning. A car is needed to go the beach or the mountain. You can be in touch with our concierge service (fees apply) for tranportation from/to train station (TGV in Les Arcs-Draguignan 20 mn) or from/to Nice or Marseille airport (1 hour). Les Arcs-Draguignan is 4h30 from Paris by TGV (high speed train). Please park your car inside the property (areas are indicated).
