I am an interior decorator who has renovated many houses in the Cotswolds. The countryside is my favourite place to be and my garden especially - it takes up a lot of my time. I have grown up children and 3 small grandchildren who all live in London but visit regularly. I enjoy horse racing which makes living in Ford an ideal location as we have the famous Jackdaws Castle in the village and Cheltenham Racecourse is only about 12 miles away.
Jayne purchased this Guest House in 2004
Why Jayne chose Temple Guiting
Someone once described Ford Manor as 'the most romantic place I have ever seen' - which I would like to think is true!
What makes this Guest House unique
Wonderful location in small village with extensive country walks
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
Although not the biggest accommodation we've stayed in, it is perfect for a couple and ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds. There is just one room with bed and seating and dining area. There is also a kitchen area with a wet room beyond. It has all been very tastefully created and is perfectly comfortable. It is warm, the bed is comfy and good quality linens and towels are provided. You have your own drive and front door separate from the owners' property. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Rural location in a small village. Quiet setting. One pub in walking distance. Village shop about 3 miles
