A terrible experience.
I can't even put into words how horrendous my experience has been with this property. I expressed my concerns about the space- the location, hair in the tub drains which made you wonder if they’d been cleaned at all, and mold in the cooler. Another concern was noisy generators blowing fumes into two of the bedrooms. The noise and smell rendered these two rooms not usable and most assuredly unsafe. Plus the electricity went out about an hour after we arrived! So we were left to fumble around in the dark all evening after I endured an arduous trip from the U.S. And we couldn't reach the property manager for help as he had neglected to call us with his phone number as promised. We left after the first night.
In addition, the owner proved to be dishonest when given the opportunity to remedy the situation. Of course it is very difficult to do business with someone who has no problem making false claims to disparage you and cover his tracks. Very disturbing.
In any case, I have better things to do than to put down some random person. It is with great despair that I recount this horrid experience. It is my hope that I can prevent someone else from facing this kind of treatment and/or possible loss of funds! I’m still struggling to settle matters related to this disaster. I'm trying to keep this relatively brief and I'm not allowed to respond to the owner's response, but I hope you get the picture.

This response is so false and condescending. The guest arrived at the property with 4 other friends. She was checked in and she liked the apartment. The next day she left the apartment citing distance as the factor. Later in the week, she wanted me to cancel her booking which I declined and told her many times to initiate the cancellation process so that I will not loose all the money. She already read my cancellation policy in regards to refunds. At no time within check- in was any complaint made, I am amazed to be reading it now. Electricity is a big issue in the whole of Nigeria. The government does not provide constant electricity and this is why I provide standby generator for power. Complaint about blackouts in Nigeria is not news, not providing a backup as an holiday short-let is news. It is bad for business. If we had been approached with a complaint about the apartment, we would have dealt with it. We are committed in providing a conducive and relaxing holiday service to our guests.
Nice quiet location. 1 double size bed in each bedroom. Price paid is fair for location. Location is not in lagos but realy close and 20 minutes from Airport outside of rush hour times. Water flows from faucet. Electricity is not constant generator was provided first fill was free. I did use the hire car service, driver was very friendly. Not really any negative things to say as all my issues were addressed. Owner responds within reasonable time.
