Belle Vue is a VisitEngland Four **** character 2 bedroom former mill workers cottage on a level street in the Middle Town conservation area of Skipton.

At the end of 2017 I had the cottage tastefully redecorated and equipped it with good quality furnishings and appliances to ensure that it is comfortable for your stay.

Located 5 minutes walk from Skipton's historic High Street, Skipton Castle and the Leeds - Liverpool Canal.

A perfect base to explore the Yorkshire Dales and the surrounding area as Skipton is deservedly known as "The Gateway to the Dales".

The cottage has been fully equipped with no expense spared in equipping and furnishing Belle Vue for your comfort and enjoyment - enjoy!

2 bedrooms, 1 Super King can split into 2 singles, 2 singles all with ample storage and quality ant-allergy bedding.

About Nigel

I am retired following a 40 year career in finance and am now an active volunteer with the National Trust in a Kitchen Garden and as a Beekeeper. I now enjoy the freedom to travel as well as spend time staying at Belle Vue with family and friends to enjoy Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales.

Why Nigel chose Skipton

I bought this house as I love the Middle Town Conservation Area of central Skipton. I felt from the outset that it was a house that I could live in.Having successfully let it I decided to convert it in to a holiday home for me stay in as well as offer it to guests so that they may also enjoy all that Skipton has to offer as well as the beautiful Yorkshire Dales which are on the doorstep. I have holidayed in the area for more than 30 years so knew what I wanted and what a great location Skipton is. I always enjoy walking in and making photographs of the Dales and hope that you will be able to enjoy the year round beauty of the area,

What makes this house unique

Belle Vue attracted me as it has a bay window and the living rooms have working open fireplaces. The house has retained its original layout as it was when it was built in c. 1900. Also the street that it is on is level which is rare in Skipton|
