About the property

House on the Shore is a modern three-bedroom house with fabulous views over the sea from the master bedroom, from the first floor living room, and the en-suite family room on the top floor. The living room has a balcony, from where you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the evening sun set over the water.

The spacious master bedroom on the ground floor has French windows opening directly onto the front lawn. It's lovely to sit out there with an early morning cup of tea, watching the yachts sail by and taking deep breaths of that lovely fresh sea air. There's another double bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the spacious garden, plus the family bathroom and a utility room (with washing machine, iron/ironing board, clothes horse etc).

On the first floor, there's a living room with views to die for, and plenty of space to enjoy and relax. It features two large sofas, a TV and DVD player, book library, dining space for six people, and of course the heavenly balcony. There's a large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, oven/hob and more tables and chairs. Upstairs is the family room, with a double bed, a bunk-bed, and for the special little lady (or gentleman), a toddler bed neatly tucked into an alcove. Up here there's also a lovely en-suite shower room.

The fully enclosed garden is south-facing, and fills with sun all day long. There's outdoor chairs and table perfect for alfresco breakfasts and memorable lunches with family or friends. At the top of the garden, a door leads into the private secured garage for car and/or bikes, and a gate leads onto the woodland path and the famous Isle of Wight Coastal Path.
