Direct access to the beach without any street to cross

80 sq.m single-storey beach front apartment with sea view and direct access to the beach in a quiet area which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Ground floor accommodation in a small and pretty new imposing Norman building. It includes a double living room, two large French windows, a terrace facing sea and a sea view. There are two bedrooms, one of which with an en-suite shower room with toilet, French door for access the terrace and beach. You will find a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. You will have a bathroom and separate toilet.

It is close to all the shops. It is available all year long from 365 to 1025 Euros per week. 06-89-93-06-85

Approved by the Houlgate Tourist Board classified 3 * Key Holidays, approved by the Calvados Prefecture.

Facilities: - Bedroom 1on the beach side is 13 sq.m and has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, an en-suite shower room with toilet but also a French door for access to the terrace and beach. It is accessible through the corridor.

- Bedroom 2 is 11 sq.m and has two comfortable single beds, a large cupboard, a large window and is accessible through corridor.

- Living room is 28 sq.m and two French doors facing sea for accessing to the terrace (about 10 sq.m) and beach, a comfortable double sofa-bed on the lounge side and a comfortable double sofa-bed on the dining room side.

- Bathroom is 4 sq.m and includes a bath, basin, storage spaces, a washing machine and is accessible via corridor.

- Kitchen is 9 sq.m and is equipped with electric hob, fridge, large oven, microwave, coffee maker, toast, dishwasher, etc.

- Phone can be used with a phone card.

Rates are digressive depending on duration.

We offer you a digital television, an Internet Wi-Fi connection, a private car park on the basement accessible via the elevator but also heating system, water and electricity.

location idéale vu sa situation tant dans Houlgate que dans la région. (vous êtes proche de la plupart des centres à visiter. (Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg, Ouistreham, Honfleur,....). Si vous désirez uniquement la plage, rien de plus facile elle est devant la résidence. Appartement très bien entretenu et très commode vu les 2 chambres, salles de bain, toilettes) Bons petits restaurants dans le village que nous vous laissons découvrir. Propriétaire très sympa et à votre écoute. Location à recommander.

Pour être déjà venus à Houlgate passer quelques jours de vacances en 2014 dans d'autres locations, l'appartement des Sables d'Or est celui que nous avons préféré ! Très bien équipé, accueillant, spacieux et merveilleusement situé, nous n'avons qu'une seule envie, c'est d'y revenir le plus vite possible !

Madame DUBOIS, propriétaire, est charmante, disponible, à l'écoute et très arrangeante (des qualités que l'on ne retrouve pas systématiquement chez d'autres propriétaires...).
