2 min walk to Harbour and to beaches, wonderful charming apartment with exquisite decoration, a large terrace and spectacular sea and town view in a Belle Epoque villa.

The apartment is 100sqm (1076sqft) and comprises of a large bright spacious living room, a large dining room, an open modern kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second small bedroom in mezzanine.

The terrace is 100sqm (1076sqft) facing south-west with plenty of sunshine after 10am. Direct access to the garden and terrasse from the living room and the bedroom.

The apartment is walking distance to the beach (3-4min) and the city center (10-15min)

Are you looking for a lovely holiday in a charming apartment located in a historic building or a family vacation close to beaches and all amenities? Either way this is the perfect spot, a few minutes walk to beaches and city in a stunning building.

The building is situated in a leafy area called Mont Boron in Nice very near the Harbor. The Mont Boron is a steep hill on the way from Nice to Monaco and it is one of the most sought after places by residents in Nice. It is less than 3 min walk to the harbour. It does not offer many hotels and you will meet mainly locals. That does not mean it is boring - public (free) beaches are 3-4min walk and the whole area behind the Harbour is very busy with trendy bars, restaurants and local shops offering excellent value for money.

The building dates back to end of XIX century and offers rooms with very high ceilings and huge door-windows that make the appartement extremely bright, cozy and offer incredible view onto the city and the sea from inside. The whole building was entirely renovated late 2017.

The apartment has a long story - in fact, it belong for a long time to the famous ballet dancer Milorad Miskovitch.

You can relax having drinks or meals (or a cigar) on the terrace, or simply watch the sun go down as you stare out to sea from the couch or the bed. The view is absolutely breathtaking with a special mention in the evening when the lights from Nice twinkle in all directions. The view is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. There is nothing like waking up in the morning with a gorgeous view on the sea and the city from your bed!

The terrace and the private garden are almost 100sqm (1076sqft) and offer 180 degree view on the sea and the city. The garden has an orange tree (you can enjoy oranges starting December till mid February) and 2 palm trees providing shade when you need it. The BBQ is waiting for you in the garden!

The apartment is very bright, spacious and cozy. We did it for ourselves and did not save time and money to make it perfect for us and for you! It has been completely renovated to the highest standards as shown in the pictures taken by Airbnb photograph. The beautiful Italian kitchen is fully equipped and there is a powerful A/C for hot summer days. The rooms are beautifully decorated with items we often purchased from the local antics market (Galerie Mazarine 4, rue Antoine Gauthier a Nice) in the port and mixed with modern British furniture. We count on you to care for our appartment.

We are a family of three.

Our philosophy for all our guests:

- We can't imagine ourselves or our guests visiting Côte D'Azur and not having a view and a terrace to enjoy. All our places offer both a view and a sunny terrace for lovely romantic or family moments.

- Same applies to parking. It is provided and secure as half of our reservations are guests who have cars. We believe the best way to discover Nice is walking.

- We chose carefully our places outside the busy and touristy places, all located on the very beginning of the Mont Boron, a leafy and hilly area very close to the harbor. They are walking distance to main points of attraction: beaches, harbor, place Garibaldi, place Massena, old town, Promenade des Anglais. Driving to Monaco is very easy. And so is running and biking.

- We want your guests to have the best experience possible and that's why we live close by to attend with you the check-in and help with everything you may need during your stay.

- Most of our guests live outside France. That's why we are flexible with late check ins and late check outs when the calendar permits. We dont charge for that.

- We can advice restaurants and other places of interest that offer excellent value for money because we tested them.

- We speak fluently French and English to make communication smooth. But we can also communicate well enough in Russian and Spanish. Because most of our guests are international, we chose to communicate in English.

- We provide for free things such as bed linen, towels and a few other freebies to make your stay enjoyable. Our prices are all-inclusive and we don't practice sell ups.

High quality apartment with great view

The apartment was great.

Well equipped- high quality appliances and furniture and very tasteful decor.

The best thing, though: the terrace and the view of the bay, absolutely amazing.

A few minutes walk to the port with great ambience and restaurants - we ate at La Vigna (recommended by the owner) and it was terrific.

The check in was easy - Vassil waited for us and let us in after we sent him a text when we arrived. He was very accommodating and friendly, overall a great experience.

Good to know:

When you arrive: After turning into Avenue Urbain Bosio, stay straight, do not go around the hairpin

If you walk to the port, make a left at the Avenue Lympia (just before the gas station), then take the alley (Avenue Jeanne Marlin) for a more charming walk to the harbor
