A spacious 5 bedroom Victorian detached family house within minutes walk of Crantock Beach.
This house is fully equipped with many extra features to help ensure our guests have a relaxing and carefree holiday. The beautiful and historic village of Crantock has it's own stunning beach that has won many national awards, including UK Top Family Beach by The Sunday Times and favourite beach by the producers of Coast.
The house sits on the edge of the village set in its own south facing garden, enclosed for the safety of children and pets.
The garden is accessed through a large conservatory with sofa and chairs for your early morning coffee! A large fully equipped kitchen and dining area has a table seating 10. It also has a washing machine and dishwasher
There is a separate sitting room with large comfortable sofas and TV / DVD player. You will find a selection of books, toys and DVDs for the children and bookworms amongst you!
Also situated conveniently on the ground floor is a double en-suite bedroom with a door to its own little patio. This is perfect for those who don't like stairs or want their own bit of privacy.
There are an additional 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs.
Other 'extras' include an outside shower for sandy feet or dirty dogs and a welly room for coats, beach toys and surfboards. There is ample parking for several cars, boats or anything else you would like to bring with you! We also supply cots, highchairs and stair gates by advance arrangement.
Well behaved dogs are extremely welcome, with prior notification, but please don't allow them upstairs or on the furniture, for the sake of future guests. The local beaches are dog friendly

Within 5 minutes walk or 15 minutes drive you will find:
Swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, common and beach riding (all with lessons and / or equipment if required.) 3 golf courses, sea and rock fishing, Zoo, Local pubs, Nightlife, excellent and varied restaurants and many other things to explore.
Further afield, you will find the city of Truro and places like St Ives, Tintagel, Falmouth, Fowey, St Michael's Mount and Land's End to visit.
