Situated in the beautiful conservation area of Plawsworth. Plawsworth Hall cottages and Apartments offer a relaxed rural escape just a quick 4 mile 6 minute drive North of Durham City. Plawsworth is ideally located Just of the A167 midway between Durham and Chester-le-Street.

Our three bedroomed cottage includes an en-suite in the master bedroom which can sleep five or six people. It is gas fired centrally heated, with a comfortable, stylish lounge furnished to the highest standards to relax in, play music, watch widescreen colour TV or simply chill. A high speed, wireless internet connection service is also provided. And of course you’re living in your own personal space and plenty of it, a welcome alternative to the claustrophobia of a hotel room.The spacious fully fitted kitchen/dining area comes fully equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster plus all the cooking utensils and crockery you would expect in a modern kitchen. We also include a, freezer, automatic washer/dryer along with iron and ironing board. Imagine you’re living at home with all the independence, freedom and flexibility you would enjoy, as well as the privacy of course.

About The Owner

Our family has lived and farmed at Plawsworth Hall for over 100 years. We have converted the old farm buildings into a purpose build self catering / serviced apartments.

The Owner purchased this house in 1998

Having lived here all of our lives we realise what a truly wonderful location Plawsworth is. A highly desirable little village enjoying excellent transport links.
