We choose a site in an unspoilt Mediterranean landscape, without interference of tourist and oriented natural beauty, we created the conditions for the relaxation of the visitors.
The Eleni and Athina villas are unique architectural masterpieces, surpassing in style the standard style, breaking the repetitive routine of holiday villas. Both villas are constructed in a way to have a total privacy between them and they are totally independent, not affecting each other in any way. This offers an opportunity to enjoy holiday together with everyone but also to have privacy among your own group.
Located in Cape Spada, overlooking the bay of Kissamos and the forgotten castles of pirates in Gramvousa, causing yourself to daydream, as if suddenly appear ships and pirates ..
The villas are two independent villas with high quality facilities and services that can be rented as one villa. Each villa continues to be rented separately however an option of renting 2 villas together is now offered for larger groups such as 2 friendly families. Renting both villas will offer our guests having 2 independent buildings with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and it can accommodate 8 people in beds.
Each villa consists of the following facilities:
- Villa Athina -
Indoor: 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room), 3 bathroom, living room with HDTV, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, gym, sauna
Outdoor: 40 square meters infinity swimming pool with sun beds, barbecue and seating area with panoramic sea view.
- Villa Eleni -
Indoor: 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room), 2 bathroom, living room with HDTV and piano, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, gym, sauna
Outdoor: 40 square meters infinity swimming pool with sun beds, barbecue and seating area with panoramic sea view, Hot tub
All the bedrooms have: office space, sound system, DVD player, LED TV, safety deposit box, high quality bed mattress, bathrobes, slippers, towels and high quality sheets.
All the bathrooms: natural cosmetics by Korres international house, hairdryer and power outlet for electric razors and other appliances.
Our kitchen facilities include: Dining area for six people, fully equipped kitchen with branded electric devices, oven with four ring ceramic top cooker, modern kitchen extractor hood, Bauknecht wine maintaining system with a wine list of well known Greek wine varieties (extra charge), Fischer & Paykel dishwasher, grundig appliances, such as electric kettle, coffee maker, grill, toaster, egg cooker, lemon squeezer, Samsung refrigerator/freezer, Machine for espresso (Nespresso).

Ravdoucha Village
One of the most beautiful and traditional places in Chania. The village is located on a hill with the memorable view and also is very close to the beach.
Ravdoucha took the name for the Greek name Ravdi, that means that the weather Ravdizei (affects a lot) all the area.
The villa is located 0.5 km away from the Ravdoucha Village centre, 1.3 km from the sea and about 4 km from the national road.
The nearby beach has some Greek fish tavernas, a traditional small Greek Church and also a small fishing port. In addition, the area is suitable for hiking and it is very safe.
Close Getaways from Ravdoucha
Ravdoucha is located near the towns of Kissamos and Kolymbari with banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centre, restaurants, beaches and harbour.
Shortly away is Platanias, the entertainment centre of the prefecture of Chania. Platanias is the heart of night-life in Chania and probably the best in Crete, with plenty of night clubs and restaurants of various nationalities. Here you can savour besides the traditional Greek cuisine and fresh fish, the Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Italian and international gourmet cuisine.
