Why Selina Hoare chose London

I bought this flat because of the central location and the roof terraces. The terrace off the kitchen is like another room. High up in the trees, I spend alot of my time here.

Perfect setup for our family of 5

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenage boys) had a great time visiting London for a week. This was definitely our home away from home and found it to be in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. The residence itself was clean and had all of the needed amenities.

We unfortunately ended our trip during a heat wave which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable without A/C and just 1 fan, but my brother who lives in London confirmed that this was very unusual. The patio spaces (2) were great, especially in the early morning and evenings.

All major appliances worked well. We would highly recommend this place to stay if you are ever in the London area.

Wonderful neighborhood, bright, inviting property

  • 5 of 5

This apartment was one of the highlights of our London visit. The windows and terraces made it feel like we were staying in a park. There was plenty of space for the three of us and the rooms were pleasant and comfortable. The location was excellent with all kinds of transportation within easy reach. Nearby there were grocery stores, pubs and restaurants. Selina was extremely responsive to any questions. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Spacious and convenients

  • 5 of 5

We were a party of 5 and spent the week at the flat. Accommodations were great with everything we needed. We utilized the spacious kitchen for bringing in dinners and making breakfasts each morning. Washer was also very convenients and easy to use and internet worked for all of us. Flat was a short walk to a main grocery store (Sainsburys) and Tescos a little further right. Neighhborhood was very nice and easy to navigate. There were alot of transport options. Selina (owner of the flat) was very responsive with emails and questions. I would highly recommend this flat for any larger party as it worked great for us! Thank you very much for making our holiday so nice.

Great Location and Terraces

  • 5 of 5

Really great appartment. Everything worked well. Lovely linen. Amazing Terraces just off the kitchen. I could work from here all day in the sun as the internet was still strong. We were here for 10 days and went everywhere in London using all the different tubes, buses and even the bikes just next to the apartment. Selina left us a lovely bottle of wine and answered all our questions. Very nice stay.

Cloud 9

  • 5 of 5

A very comfortable, spacious apartment with lovely views onto the pretty gardens. We were lucky enough to have drinks on the terrace, in November! Highly recommend it and the location is so good for getting in and out of central London.

Great stay, great location

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time in this apartment… It is next to all the transport links and not at all far from Piccadilly where we went to some amazing broadway shows. We normally stay right in the center but this was just as easy and we loved the fireplace and we managed to have lunch on the balcony even in January… We were a bit concerned after we read the review about the mice but luckily we didn’t see anything at all and the internet worked very well. The host answered all our questions very quickly and was always ready to help with any problems. The flat itself was very clean and more spacious than we imagined so that four adults didn’t feel too cramped at all… I would definitely recommend this flat and in fact we are coming back in the summer with our children. It is on the second floor when we expected the ground floor but this was OK.
