About the property

Casa Faro has 3 spacious bedrooms and sleeps 5 very comfortably. It is located at the mouth of the canal and is under a minute walk to Javeas Arenal Beach and all of the surrounding amenities.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and is serviced by a glass lift/ elevator. As the property is on the top floor the views are spectacular. The panoramic views are from the majestic Montgo mountain all the way to the light house. It also over looks the marina and canal, so is great for watching the boats come and go.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and a single. It also has a shower room and separate wc along with a well equipt kitchen. The apartment is fitted with freeview and the price will always include wifi, water, electricity, services charges. It also includes cleaning, HOWEVER conditions apply (please see in terms and conditions). For the price all bedlinen and bath towels are included, so you have more room for suncream!!

  • If travelling with children please let me know. If I can I will try to change the covers to boy or girl covers to make them feel a little special on arrival. Will also try to pop a few toys or books into their rooms. These I will try to do, it will depend on how busy the turn around times are. I can give items for babies too. Amazing apartment in fantastic location!

We stayed here in August and had a great stay. The apartment was in a fantastic location with the beach, bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was clean, modern and extremely comfortable. It was well kitted out and really was home away from home. The hosts live locally and were really accommodating to all our requests and queries. We have rented apartments in Javea before but never found one that we would come back to. We would (will!) be coming back to this one. We had a lovely stay - thanks Sabrina!

Super gelegene Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Eine sehr schöne geräumig und saubere Wohnung zu einem angemessen guten Preis. Nur ca 2 min. Zum Sandstrand und zur Strand Promenade mit vielen tollen Bars und Restaurants, aber trotzdem durch die zweite Reihe sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht von dem großen Balkon ist sehr schön mit dem Blick auf die Marina und dem Montgo. Jederzeit würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Perfecta para el verano - al lado de la playa del Arenal

Acogedora casa, bien reformada pese a estar en un bloque antiguo, de buen tamaño, a 2 minutos andando de la playa del Arenal. La casera fue muy amable y hasta nos prestó juguetes para nuestra hija. Si bien, hizo bastante frío ese fin de semana por ser Febrero y solo teníamos dos aparatos de aire acondicionado frío/calor (salón y habitación) y eran insuficientes para una casa tan espaciosa. Además, tenía un problema eléctrico y saltaba la luz de vez en cuando, lo que dificultaba el calentamiento de la casa. Para el verano sería una elección fantástica. La televisión es toda en inglés.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your lovely review. I always like to make sure that the children are happy too. With re to the heating.... their was a problem with the electrical supply during your stay, which made the electric trip often and for this I am very sorry. The problem has now been solved. With re to the heating... their are stand alone heaters and extra blankets in each of the bedroom cupboards. I should have let you know, I just assumed that you would take a look. I will make sure that all future guests are aware. Thank you for you wonderful review again. X

Javea is split into 3 major parts, the Arenal (where Casa Faro is), the Port and the old town. Each of these places offers a different ambiance or vibe. The Arenal is the seafront promenade that offers lots of different high quality bars, restaurants and shops. It is lively both day and night as their is always something to do. The beach is great for children as the water stays shallow and it has 4 different play areas along it and all of the restaurants are child friendly. The Port/ puerto has again a lovely sea view and great restaurants and their are more high end shops there. The feel is a little more relaxed and more suited to a special dinner and a stroll with an exceptional view. The Puerto also has a cinema that shows English films. Then the Old town, Pueblo, has the traditional old world feel with the cobbled, narrow streets. The weekly market is held here on a Thursday and it hosts lots of fiestas. The narrow streets are littered with great little hidden restaurants and the area is always buzzing with life. So Javea on the whole has a lot to offer and will cater for everyones needs.

Refundable Damage Deposit £177.46

DEPOSIT. At booking I ask for a 300e holding deposit. Then upto 2 weeks before your holiday I ask for the total amount for your holiday and the 300e then becomes your breakage deposit. This will be returned within a week of your holiday ending if all is well with the apartment. If you need to cancel in that time I will do my upmost to fill the space you created. The more notice you give me that you need to cancel the more chance I have of getting another booking in. If I can fill the space then you will get your whole 300e back. I like to play fair!
EXTRA CLEANING. As mentioned the cleans are included in the rental fee, however if the flat is left in a state that goes beyond a reasonable clean then extra charges will be taken from the deposit.
UTILITIES. As mentioned all the bills are included in the rental fee. I will take electricity and water meter readings at the beginning of each stay and if the holiday makers have used an unreasonable amount for either, then an extra charge will be taken from the deposit. This has not happened before, but if all of the a/c units are left on and the windows are open and the holiday maker is sat down at the beach then this is an unfair waste of electricity.
PETS. Please contact me before booking if you are travelling with pets. I do not mind pets and won't charge extra for them. But their are a few more rules for them I am afraid.
SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, but their are ashtrays on the balcony for your use.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
