Fabulous apartment in St Ives close to the beach with fantastic sea views

A stunning, bespoke, luxury, apartment with fabulous sea views, parking & own enclosed garden. Located in a pretty & quiet area of Carbis Bay just a few minutes walk from the white sands of Carbis Bay beach, it provides special escape for couples & smaller families. Whether you are looking to relax on the beach or an energetic mix adventure there is something here for you!

Internally this ground floor property features include a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A bespoke wet room and a beautiful bedroom with sea views.

Externally there is the benefit of a parking space and a wonderful garden and private outside space with magical views across to St Ives Bay.

Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives. There are also banks, hairdressers, a chemist, a post office newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach there is a cafe, shop and food outlet.

Attractions: A great location for couples and smaller families. Carbis Bay really does give you the best of both worlds. The peace and quiet of Fernhill yet only short distance away from the vibrant town of St Ives.

Further a field Penzance, St Michael's Mount, Lands End, beautiful Sennen Cove (surfing), Padstow (cooking courses with Rick Stein), Port Isaac (filming of TV show Doc Martin), Newquay (indoor Water World), & St Austell (Eden Project) are all within easy reach either by Car or Train.

Other Activities: Live theatre, cinema, Tate Gallery, museums, bars, restaurants, clubs, and shopping.

From start to finish our choosing this apartment as our base couldnt have been anyless stress free. The Apartment is stunning inside and out, very well equiped and furnished to a very high standard, the view from the bedroom is outstanding....views across Carbis Bay. I did have doubts initially with being an apartment and having shared access etc, but no not here, private entry via your own gate to your private garden to the side and rear. A lovely walk down to Carbis Bay via the side of the apartments which takes 5 minutes or if you wish you can very easily walk downhill to St. Ives, we did this a few times but chose to catch the train back which is fab and only a short walk back to the apartment. Fantastic holiday all round would highly recommend, almost dont want to share with anyone else.

Nice, quiet, relaxing stay

A nice, quiet, ground floor apartment which was ideal for a relaxing stay near St Ives. A short walk from the railway station and bus stop for St Ives itself (don't take the car in!) Tesco also very close by. The bed was not as comfortable as we would've liked and there is a bit of a drop from the balcony to the grass but everything else was perfect for a quiet relaxing time. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good sized TV with DVD player, CD player and smaller TV in the bedroom. There is also a wallet containing local details which is well worth a read on arrival to orientate to the apartment and local area. All well thought out and helpful. This all helped to make it a bit home from home and with the lovely view of Carbis Bay was great for a break. We would recommend this apartment for a couple in particular.

Great Holiday Apartment!!

Stayed in this really nice, well equipped and very modern holiday apartment in late July for a week. It had everything we required for our holiday and was immaculately clean and fresh. Location was excellent for access to the local Tesco for all our supplies and the private pathway from the complex down to the beach was excellent. Carbis Bay beach is fantastic with lovely soft golden sands!!

The apartment is on the ground floor and so benefits from having a private patio and terrace for alfresco dining which was fantastic and you can sit outside and take in the wonderful views over the very well kept gardens down to the sea.

The other great benefit was the private parking which is a must have requirement during the busy holiday season. We often left the car and walked into St Ives using the Coastal Path as well as making use of the excellent tourist train from Carbis Bay. We will certainly be re-booking again in the future as its fantastic value for money.

The holiday deposit is non refundable & is charged at 1/3rd of the full rate & is payable with personal cheque or direct bank transfer (for non UK guests bank transfer only). The balance is then payable no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Full rental cost is payable for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior.

We also can accept online payments but please note the terms are slightly different with a 50% non refundable deposit due straight away and then the remaining 50% is due again 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Full rental cost is payable for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior. There is also an additional fee added onto to the total price of your holiday.

Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
