Nice apartment 55 m2 modern building standing; very quiet on garden, nine State. Air conditioning. Double glazed windows, shutters; Floors: parquet flooring in entrance and rooms. The BEDROOM (double bed 160, mattress 20 cm) and the large living room (sofa bed very comfortable and very easy opening, 2 people, 140 x 200 and 2 pull-out beds 80x190) with French windows both overlooking the small terrace. Cot possible.
Beautiful kitchen with window, fully equipped, American fridge, ice dispenser, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, large table, small household appliances and very complete crockery ( including raclette etc ...).
Empty garbage on landing.
Bathroom (bath and shower), washbasin, bidet.
Separate toilet.
Flat screen TV with many French and foreign channels, computer and internet, wifi, unlimited fixed and mobile phone.

Existence of a night bus
For short stays a little maintenance should be carried by travelers; the sheets must be removed beds, linen used together, all the wastes should be removed, emptied refrigerator, dishes perfectly clean and oven and kitchen worktop.
For longer stays, the apartment must be more left in the same state of cleanliness as arrival and consumables used replaced. The electricity will be set at cost (up). The laundry is the responsibility of holidaymakers, except the last bed linen.
After our original lodging plans fell through just days before we arrived in October of 2012, I found this apartment online available at the last minute for a friend and I meeting up in Paris. The apartment is lovely, very clean, and well-kept by the owner, who met me in the apartment when I arrived and spent well over two hours discussing the details and amenities, as well as things to do in the area, and how to get around Paris to see the sights. One of the best aspects of the apartment was how close it is to the Porte de Vincennes Metro stop. While Ms. Chalon's English isn't perfect, it was no problem to converse with her in English (and her English was waaay better than my French!). The kitchen was fully equipped, including with laundry machines, and the living area and bedroom were very nicely appointed. All in all, a nice apartment with a great and helpful owner.
J'ai vécu avec mon compagnon très confortablement dans cet appartement bien entretenu, qui correspondait aux informations transmises par la propriétaire : de l'espace suffisant incluant, entre autres, une chambre, un balcon, un espace de séjour bien organisé, une cuisine très bien équipée, un wifi efficace et un ordinateur très utile. J'ai pu joindre par téléphone sans frais mes proches au Québec.
Le logement est très bien situé tout près de deux lignes de métro, du tram et du réseau d'autobus. Les épiceries, les bouchers, les commerces spécialisée et les cavistes sont facilement accessibles à pied. Notre séjour s'est déroulé dans un environnement sécurisant et tranquille. Je considère qu'il s'agit là d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix à Paris.
La propriétaire a répondu aux besoins exprimés, dans la mesure du possible et conformément au contrat de location. Elle m'a transmis toute l'information utile pour faciliter mon arrivée et mon séjour. Notre relation a été très amicale tout au long de mon séjour.
Je recommande sans hésitation cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit adéquat pour bien vivre leur séjour à Paris.
Nous avons occupé cet appartement fonctionnel 4 jours pour le mariage de notre fils à PARIS.
et avons pu faire bénéficier nos deux petits enfants d'une visite à DISNEYLAND qui à été très appréciée.
Venant de NICE,la gare de LYON très proche c'est pratique avec le métro.
Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil très sympathique des propriétaires.
This apartment is in a very convenient location. Within our 7 night stay we were able to use the Metro to easily maneuver around the city, and also to take a train to visit Monet's garden. We did not have to use a cab only to transfer to airport, but owner can guide you to use public transit to airport. The owner is very knowledgeable about Paris and very detail-oriented about how to use the apartment's facilities, appliances, telephone,etc. (her English is good!) The apartment is very clean, comfortable and safe and you could count on her if you had a question or a problem. Another nice feature is the quaint little area of a few blocks that have little shops for coffee, wine, cheese, pastries, and some delicious prepared foods. (however, keep in mind these shops close around 7) almost outside the door. We never cooked at the apartment, although it would be very simple to do so. This rental is far enough away from the touristy-hub, but still very convenient to the city (I would compare it to the proximity of Greenwich Village to Times Square) many sites were only 3 or 4 Metro stops with no connections. We were 2 Americans women in our 50's with only a French translation book. We booked the site unseen, and we were very pleased with the entire process. This is only our 2nd trip to Paris and we would book this apartment again. Here are a few places we found interesting and would recommend: (beside Notre Dame, Eifle Twr. etc) Orsay Museum and Monet Garden in Giverny (I would visit the garden first, then see his paintings in Orsay) Pere LaChaise Cemetery, Montmartre and if time Paris Flea Market. We also liked the Salvadore Dali museum in Montmartre. I also recommend to get the audio headphones and listen to the highlights of the museums you visit as most information placards are written in French. We also did a small-group walking/tasting tour of gourmet shops of Montmartre through Viator, highly recommended. This apartment is excellent for 2-3 people, but could fit more if needed, and the free long distant calls to most countries was an added bonus
Nous avons vivement apprécié cet appartement très bien situé donnant sur un petit jardin très fleuri ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer dans des lits confortables, après nos longues journées de promenade dans Paris. Nous avons trouvé un apartement très bien aménagé, lumineux, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 adultes. La cuisine est très bien équipée ce qui nous permis de préparer de très copieux petits déjeuners. Et la cerise sur le gâteau est l'emplacement de paking où nous avons pu garer notre voiture pour la durée de notre séjour. Merci à la propriétaire pour tout ça, elle nous a permis de faire visiter la capitale à nos deux cousines venant de Londres et de Vancouver.
Nuestra estancia en París ha sido estupenda. En esto ha influido enormemente este apartamento. Nos hemos encontrado una vivienda con mucha luz, mucha limpieza, amplitud, tranquilidad, zonas verdes y buenas equipación y situación. Cuenta con paradas de metro, tranvía y autobús muy cercanas, así como una gran variedad de restaurantes. Damos las gracias a Florence, su dueña, por su amabilidad, disponibilidad y seriedad. Ha sido una muy buena experiencia totalmente recomendable. Repetiremos con total seguridad!!!
