The apartment is very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice.

Quiet little spot south of Estepona.

Lovely apartment. Recently refurbished - maybe a year ago. We had three days of rain and so stayed indoors a lot.... Found nothing wanting at all. A real home from home. However, the development is very tired and some of the buildings really need a facelift or at least a good paint. There are no local shops or amenities so you need to get the car out to shop or dine out. But, if you want a quiet spot, read your books from the comforts of a flat with wonderful outlook, then stop at the shops on the way through and stock up. We thought it was one double and one twin but it's two twin rooms. One bedroom is really an inside room as only a hi level window for light from the kitchen area. Ideal room for kids. No double bed or bedding apart from one double counter pane. Difficult to see the numbers on the keys on the lock box in the hallway... Thank goodness for flashlight on phone! Watch out for switches to turn on common area lights as they are just like some of the doorbells!!. Property was lovely and clean with plenty of cleaning products left. Very little information on what to do locally apart from a raft of out of date brochures and a quirky thing about Spain. A list of where local doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, shops etc would have been very useful but after an hour or so using the flats wifi and we had worked it out for ourselves. This is a great base to drive out to Gibraltar, Cadiz, or a bit further to Seville and up to Granada because you have a lovely seaside to come back to each night and a lovely apartment. Estepona is a beautiful little town with not so many tourist traps, locals are friendly and cafes and restaurants we went to were great - especially bakeries! We had need to let the owner know about a leak from the really very heavy rain.... She was prompt to get back to us and also prior to our stay. Hope the leak dried out and she was able to restore order in what is a lovely holiday flat.

Wonderful Seaside Vacation Apartment

We had an absolutely wonderful time at your apartment in Spain. It was a lovely apartment and its location directly in front of the Mediterranean Sea was spectacular. The apartment was clean, well maintained and we absolutely enjoyed the sunroom. We appreciated your speedy response to any questions we had about the apartment during our stay and will absolutely recommend it to friends who wish to visit Spain. We enjoyed the many places nearby for day trips, Casares, Ronda, Gibraltar, Estepona and we spent a lot of time swimming in the Mediterranean Sea.

Vacaciones de relax

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas en familia. El apartamento es precioso, con unas vistas espectaculares y perfectamente equipado. La urbanización es muy tranquila y familiar. Sin duda una gran opción. El coche es necesario, mucho aparcamiento. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Recently stayed at the property, me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it, great view of the sea and beach, very clean plenty of parking and close to the supermarket, the surrounding areas are easily accessible, we found it a great value for the money, would fully recommend, plus dealing with Eva was easy, emails were answered quickly and made us feel at ease, thanks

Excelent vacation!!!!

we spend 10 days in estepona in this apartment. We had really great time. The apartment is very very nice. We had everything we needed there. For our children the most important was, that we had been really close to the sea and also to the pool.

Eva - the owner-really nice women, she helped us when we needed it.

I recommend this place for vacation for 100 %

Great seaview from the balcony!

We stayed in David apartment for couple of months during the winter months. Location of the apartment is great, but you need a car. View from the balcony is great and because the balcony has windows it is like an extra room! Neighborhood is quiet in Spanish standards.

Apartment is well equipped and everything works. Especially internet connection is stable and has enough capacity for at least for 4-6 gadgets.

Communication with Eva is easy. She replies very fast and everything works as promised.

Bahia Dorada is a beach front complex 5 km west of Estepona. Its white buildings and well kept gardens provide a pleasant relaxing atmosphere and village feeling.

The rental price includes the usage of the pool.

There are four golf courses within 20 minutes drive, the nearest of which (Estepona Golf) is less than 2 km away.

The beach, although not private, is almost exclusively used by Bahia Dorada guests and is never crowded. For a less relaxing beach experience, the beaches in Estepona offer a full range of water sports.
