Beautifully furnished, bright & spacious, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment (sleeps 6 comfortably), with stunning 70sqm south facing private terrace. Tranquil location in modern, secure urbanisation, namely Lorcrimar IV, the apartment has safe undercover carparking, video entry system, security shutters and a safe. It is within easy walking distance of the cosmopolitan resort and harbour of Puerto Banus, and close to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The international tennis club, bus stops and International Casino are just a short stroll away.

The apartment is set within private landscaped illuminated gardens, with a free form, gated swimming pool and children's splash pool. Lifeguard in attendance July & August.

The Apartment is on the second floor with lift access from the pool/garden area, and has a light and spacious feel. It is equipped with a modern air conditioning/heating system, with marble tiled floors throughout. The fabrics and furnishings are bright and colourful, and when combined with the traditional furniture, a Mediterranean look has been created.

Although the apartment does not overlook the pool area, the 70sqm south facing terrace is beautifully furnished and is an ideal place not only to enjoy the sunshine but perfect for dining and relaxing during the day and evening.

Great apartment and location

We couldn't fault this apartment. It was spotless, very welcoming and had everything we needed. The pools were fabulous and safe for children and adults alike. The booking process with the owner was very smooth and no hassle. We had a mid stay service and Linda the property manager was great and very helpful. We will definitely return to stay in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Kathryn. Hopefully see you next year.

Our bright and spacious apartment is located on the first floor of block 6 in the Lorcrimar IV urbanisation in the Nueva Andalucia district of Puerto Banus. Although it does not overlook the pool/gardens, the apartment has a huge private terrace, is totally south facing and enjoys the sunshine all day. Lorcrimar IV has been designed in a Moorish style and is low rise with secure access. It consists of 12 blocks of luxury apartments set around private landscaped illuminated gardens, with a free form and gated swimming pool, and children's splash pool.

It is ideally located within a 10 minute walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The international tennis club and Casino are close-by also. Just a short stroll away is the nearest beach and lovely promenades, and it takes just 15-20 minutes to walk into the cosmopolitan resort of Puerto Banus, with its famous marina, great shops, restaurants, night life, bars, and catamaran ferry service to Marbella.

Ten minutes drive away is Marbella where there are beaches, tree lined marble promenades, horse drawn carriages and the Old town (a maze of colourful alleys leading to the famous Orange Square. The Spanish town of San Pedro is a 15 minute walk away (5 minute drive), and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away, with regular services to Marbella & San Pedro; daily car hire is available from a local office for journeys to Estepona, Duquesa, Sotogrande and the spectacular inland cliff-top historic town of Ronda, all approximately a hours drive away. For families, the fantastic Selwo Animal Adventure Safari Park is a 20 minute drive away, and a theme park and water park can be found in Fuengirola and Benalmadena (30-40 minutes drive). The apartment lies within Golf Valley with some 40 courses within quick and easy reach. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is just 2.5 hours drive away, as are the historic cities of Granada and Seville. There is a 'must visit' weekly local Market, every Saturday, at the Puerto Banus 'Bull ring', just a 20 minute walk away.
