The property is located in a verdant valley of chestnut and birch trees housing foxes, squirrels and deer at 700 mil. Nearby there are many paths, more or less difficult to discover the surrounding peaks and shelters. Going down, 10 min. on the way you get to Pisogne which offers everything you need for our guests, bar, restaurant, beach, shopping center, port that connects with the most important places on the lake and train station that connects it to Brescia and from there to all of Italy . From there you can reach 30 min. of street cultural cities like Brescia and Bergamo, or important ski resort like Montecampione and at 1 hour of road you reach Verona, Milan or the Stelvio National Park or Croce Domini, etc., etc.
The house consists of two apartments, both identical in size and layout. This one we offer you is on the first floor. It covers 125 square meters and consists of three bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, large living room and well-equipped kitchen with a terrace balcony that covers two entire sides of the property. In the lower floor there is a wet service with shower and washing machine. In the other garden the gazebo our guests can enjoy an above ground pool of 6x4 meters and 1.29 cm in water height.
