You couldn't be in a better location for all that Brighton has to offer in this fantastic large house that can sleep up to 32 guests!

However - if you have a smaller group please contact us (and we can provide 11 bedrooms if you all want your own room), typically most groups are around 15-20 guests - but as long as the house price is covered it's really up to you how many guests you have!

Situated opposite the Pavilion, you've got everything on your doorstep - the beach, Brighton Pier, the shops, the restaurants, the nightlife!

This property is ideal for large groups as it can sleep up to 32 and there are enough beds for 31 people to be in separate beds spread across 11 bedrooms. There are 7 bathrooms and the house has an enormous dining table to seat your whole group.

The house has been fully refurbished to a very high standard. Contemporary in design it offers a classy weekend in Brighton.

The bedrooms throughout the house follow the bright and fresh concepts, each room being light with large windows offering fabulous views of Brighton, the Brighton Dome and Royal Pavilion.

We have lots of flexibility with the bedrooms in the property. We can either have single room occupancy or for large groups we can add additional bunk beds to accommodate all the guests in single beds!

I have no problem with big groups that behave themselves, more the merrier.

The Gatehouse is perfect in so many ways, the top reason why you should stay here is location, it's right in the centre of Brighton, minutes away from shops restaurants, bars and the beach, you can even see the Royal Pavilion from the windows.

Another top reason is that although we can sleep up to 31 in single beds in 11 bedrooms (perfect for stag & hen parties & schools, etc) we will accept any number of guests along as you pay the minimum for the house - always contact us for the best prices!

Single beds - a few rooms can be made up into doubles for Families and couples.
