Tree Tops is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house which has just been carefully renovated throughout and extended. It is in a special location with beautiful tropical gardens and overlooking an adjoining natural gully. A superb 40' long deck in Purple Hart runs along the back of Tree Tops offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of natural Barbados. The two main bedrooms open out onto this deck. The third bedroom has its own, smaller deck. There is also a covered dining terrace amid Bougainvillea at the front. The private pool is surrounded by Hibiscus, Travellers and Golden Palms and a sweet scented Frangipani....Inside, the bedrooms have air con and ceiling fans and the bathrooms + kitchen are completely new. The large open plan living room opens out onto the kitchen to one side and onto the terrace and gardens at the front through 2 pairs of double doors. The furniture is a mixture of hardwoods and cane with modern fabrics.

Your house was perfect. The garden and pool were very fine and we loved the surroundings with the trees and 'wild nature'.
We were especially excited to see the monkeys - also all the other animals in the garden.
The beach is just spectacular.
There is no doubt about it - we will be back - and we will definitely recommend your place to other Danish families.
Noella is very kind. Everything was clean and perfect and she was very friendly. We just loved her:)
Andrew did a very god job with the garden - and he was also a very nice guy.
You are lucky to have them!!
Larsen and Thygesen families. October 2007 (first guests at Tree Tops)
Treetops is a very comfortable family villa ideally located on the west coast with easy 5 minute walking access to Mullins Beach which is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and dining at the excellent Mullins Beach Bar. In my view this is the best beach on the island. It is sheltered and has a shallow shelf which makes it ideal for children. They have live music on Sunday nights with a band playing as the sun goes down. We also found waterspouts readily available at Mullins beach with "Just Chillin", a boat run by a man named Ian (typically 275 Barbados Dollars to hire Ian and his boat for an hour to take you to see the Turtles/waterski/snorkel etc. The location of Treetops means you have easy access to the entire west coast including beaches and a whole raft of fantastic restaurants. Everything you could need is within 10 mins in a hire car (which the owners provide very reasonably) and much of what you would most likely need is far closer. The villa has a lovely private garden and good sized pool. There are three air conditioned bedrooms (one double and two twins). The staff are helpful and courteous. We travelled with our three children an found Treetops to be ideal. Whilst on the island we looked at a few nearby alternatives to see if there was anything we might prefer for next year but there was not which included far more expensive options such as Royal Westmorland. To eat out, try The Fishpot to the north of Mullins or the famous Lone Star to the South, the food and service at both was top notch. Finally, as a great experience, within 5 mins drive of Treetops is the Weston Fish Market from where you can buy fresh fish literally straight off the boat at a very reasonable price to cook on the gas BBQ at Treetops; we tried Tuna one day and Billfish (akin to swordfish) another. Enjoy Treetops!
A big thank you to Sarah and Simon....a beautiful home in the most perfect of locations.
Both my husband and I would highly recommend Tree Tops to any family as it provides every amenity and facility needed to make your holiday stress free and extremely enjoyable.
Clean spacious and the staff are so very helpful.
Lovely villa in a quiet spot but close to the beautiful beaches in Mullins and Gibbes. Local staff really helpful and available without being in any way intrusive. Plenty of local restaurants offering good choices to cater for all tastes. Owners were always very responsive to any questions and ensured that our holiday was as easy to organize as possible. Barbados is a beautiful relatively unspoilt island inhabited by a welcoming friendly population... If you decide to go, and you really should have no doubts, stay here!!
What a smashing place, exactly as described. Staff were really helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. Thank you.
Perfect location short walk to the beach, yet set in lovely gardens away from the main road at the end of a cul de sac. Even had the monkeys trooping through in the morning.
Excellent swimming pool and outdoor area, just loved it.
We fell in love with Speightstown finding lovely new restaurants and overall the people were fantastic.
Great place for our family holiday.
Fabulous holiday to Barbados, which was a special trip to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. The house was excellent, it was clean, had everything we needed and more for our stay. Loved the large pool and garden (which seemed much larger than the photos). We spent far too much time lazing around here and some days we had to force ourselves into action. The house was located in a quiet cul de sac but only minutes from Mullins Beach and the bus stop. Andrew and Princess were great, there when we needed them but not in any way intrusive. Quiet area and we generally took the bus to Holetown for meals, but a few smaller beach restaurants which were good. We also enjoyed the monkeys which ran over the house roof most afternoons. Overall we have a marvellous time and we would have no hesitation recommending the house to others. Simon and Sarah were excellent hosts and answered all our pre arrival questions promptly and provided us with loads of information on the house, what to do and restaurant reviews. Barbados was very safe and the locals were always happy to help the tourists. The delayed departure was much appreciated given the late homeward flight. Great holiday and wonderful memories.
We went to Barbados for my husbands 40th Birthday and we had such a good time that we will definitely go back. The villa was suberb, set back in peaceful surroundings at the end of a close. We found Treetops very comfortable and homely and having the swimming pool was just pure luxury. The birds and money's visited everyday and kept us all amused. The location was great... far enough away from the main road and traffic but close enough to walk to Mullins Bay, bars and restaurants. We followed Sarah and Simons recommendations and they were spot on about everything. We loved Barbados, the beaches, the people, the food and the Rum!! and plan to return soon with other family members. We would happily stay at Tree tops again and highly recommend it for your stay!
