A house overlooking Lake Miel from its large terrace

In Dordogne Valley Corrézienne, we offer for seasonal rental this nice wooden frame house located 150 m as the crow flies from Lake Miel.

Ideally placed on a raised ground of 1500 m2 and with an altitude of 500 m, in a calm and resting environment, it profits from a classification 3 * of furnished tourism.

Its situation in balcony on the area of ​​Lake Miel, classified 'Blue Flag' since 2006, is privileged thanks to its dominant location, well integrated in the middle of pines, close to the tourist complex: Camping, tennis, mini golf, golf course. health around 2km around the lake, supervised beach in July August with games and pedalos. The fishing area and the beach are within walking distance from the chalet.

The one-storey house, with a living area of ​​61 m2, is extended by a beautiful covered terrace of 24 m2 overlooking Lake Miel. (2 or 3 parking spaces are planned and the basement is not yet developed)

South side, the gravelled terrace of 50m2 allows to install the barbecue.

Agréable séjour

Maison agréable, fonctionnelle, (famille de 5 personnes) propre avec une superbe vue sur le lac à l'écart de toute agitation donc idéal pour des vacances reposantes sans stress.

Les propriétaires sont des personnes très avenantes et pleins de bons conseils sur leur région.

une belle maison en pleine nature

Nous recommandons cette maison accueillante et très bien située. Vous trouverez dans un rayon de 20 km de nombreuses bonnes idées de sortie. Les propriétaires sont charmants, les photos de l'annonce et les autres commentaires correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. Cette location conviendrait aussi à des motards ( abri sous la terrasse !). Je recommanderai aux amis, collègues ...

Quand Nature et Confort sont indissociables

Un séjour d'une semaine nous a permis de profiter de cette belle région avec ce gîte pour port d'attache. Belle intégration pour ce chalet qui sent bon le douglas...L'accueil par ses propriétaires est sympatique et attentionné tant par le contact que par la préparation de notre arrivée (linge de maison fourni, lits faits, gâteau de noix sur la table...).

Parfait à tous égards. Nous reviendrons, merci à vous.

Calme nature et découvertes

Un cadre magnifique, calme, agréable pour toute la famille!

Les photos ne mentent pas!

Dommage que nous y avons passé qu'une seule semaine.

Le lac de miel est un lieu de baignade adapté pour tout public, accessible à pied du chalet.

Bon séjour en Corrèze

Un accueil chaleureux accompagné d'une gentille petite surprise de bienvenue, de bons conseils pour les promenades dans la région, un chalet agréable à vivre, bien entretenu et fonctionnel, dont la présentation sur le site est conforme à la réalité, tout ce qu'il faut pour apprécier la Corrèze et ses habitants. Un petit coin de paradis

Un vrai petit coin de paradis où nous avons trouvé le calme et le repos que nous étions venus chercher. Un chalet au charme fou, une terrasse où il fait bon vivre, le tout à deux pas du lac de Miel. Un grand merci à Colette et jean-Daniel pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur générosité. Nous conseillons ce séjour aux amoureux du calme, de la nature, de la verdure et de la simplicité. On y reviendra certainement.
