Spacious four bedroom house just a stone's throw from the seafront and King Alfred Leisure Centre, accommodating up to 20 people. The property is perfect for family gatherings and large groups.

Ground floor


The bright, spacious kitchen, overlooking the garden, offers ample storage space. Built in appliances such as fridge freezer, a second separate freezer, oven and microwave oven, washing machine and clothes dryer.

Open Plan Living/Dining Area comprising of:

Living Room

Front room with wooden floors throughout, wall mounted TV with Freeview, along with DVD player and Wi-Fi. Variety of books and an iPod docking station have been added for your entertainment. Two click clack sofas open up to form double sofa beds for extra guests.

Dining Room

Accessed either through the living room or the kitchen, the dining room provides seating for 20 people in comfort with the use of large dining tables and benches provided.


A real suntrap opening up onto the garden offers comfy leather seating- enjoy your morning coffee, or join in for a drink after dinner.


There is a separate WC on the ground floor.

First floor

Bedroom 1

First floor bedroom with a bunk bed to sleep two. There is a wardrobe with hanging space and three drawers to store your belongings, along with bedside table and lamp.

Bedroom 2

Overlooking the garden, this bedroom can sleep six in total in three single beds and a triple bunk- with a full size double bed and a full size single bed above it. Good size wardrobe with part mirrored front provides good storage space. Bedside table and a lamp next to each bed.

Bedroom 3

Sleeping five in a triple bunk and two single beds. Large wardrobe along with bedside tables and lamps. Oblique sea views and an en suite shower room.

Bathroom 1

The first floor shower room comprises of shower cubicle, wash basin with an infinity mirror, heated towel rail and WC.

Bathroom 2

En suite to Bedroom 3, this large shower room comprises of a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC. It also has a dressing table with a mirror.

Second floor

Bedroom 4

The loft bedroom with a good size en suite bathroom, houses four single beds, all zip and link, allowing you to be as flexible as you wish with the sleeping arrangements. A built-in wardrobe has plenty of space for personal belongings and luggage. There are bedside tables and lamps next to each bed with all beds dressed with throws and cushions.

Bathroom 3

The en suite bathroom to Bedroom 4 is fully tiled and comprising of bath, wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail.


A great size garden with paved area and a large lawn.
