At the end of Chapel Street you will find Central Cottage - with it's bright blue slatted front, and welcoming wooden gates with access to the drive, where you can easily park 2+ cars.
There is also an outside seating area, and there's plenty of room to dry wetsuits, swimsuits, store bikes etc.
The outside area is complete with a storage cupboard where you can find the washing machine.
The front door leads into a modern kitchen complete with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfect for cooking fresh fish from the wet fish counter on the harbour.
The kitchen leads into a large lounge with gorgeous photos of Mevagissey and the surrounding areas. The wi-fi is one of the fastest around as we are very close the wifi source in Meva.
Off the kitchen are stairs to the double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom, complete with both a shower and bath.
Central Cottage is just 2 minutes walk from the stunning working fishing harbour, bursting with superb pubs, restaurants and quaint bespoke as well as larger shops.
The cute aquarium is a must see, it's free to visit and displays the amazing sealife from the area. The wet fish counter on the way to the harbour is another must visit.
Don't forget that in peak times you can catch the Fowey Ferry from Meva to beautiful Fowey, where you may even catch a glimpse of the dolphins.
Other regular visitors to Mevagissey are the two gorgeous seals that can be seen often in the inner and outer harbours.
Plus, there's the famous Eden Project to visit, stunning beaches, incredible walks and cosy fireplaces in cosy pubs ;)
And you can bring your dogs!
