The property has been beautifully decorated and has a private garden.

I hope you enjoy your stay!
My stylish 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting London. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Clapham and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle!
The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The sofa pulls out into a double bed, so the apartment can sleep 4 in total.
If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the sleek kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones.
The spacious master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.
Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soaps are provided!
On warmer days, why not make use of the private garden? There’s outdoor seating for dining al fresco.
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire property and private garden.
My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are an short-lets management service team who know London like the back of their hand! I trust them to look after you and give you a warm welcome! If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch through the channel platform.
Clapham Old Town is a small pocket of nearby Clapham Common - only about a 20 minute walk away - it has a lovely village feel to it with a treasure trove of pubs and restaurants to try! The Sun is a popular pub; enjoy the garden in the summer with a jug of Pimms, and even in the colder months, when they have heaters outside. The Prince of Wales is an unpretentious British pub which fills up quickly after work.
The restaurants around here won’t disappoint either. Trinity is a Michelin-starred restaurant without sky-high prices. You’ll need to book, but it is definitely worth checking out if you can.
Mama Lan is a no-frills Chinese cafe where they only take cash and the dumplings are delicious.
You are only a 10 minute walk from Stockwell tube and it’s an area worth exploring. The Crown and Anchor is a bustling pub in between Stockwell and Brixton.
Mommi is a 12 minute walk from Stockwell tube station and is an interesting and vibrant Japanese/South American restaurant with a bar vibe.
Trendy Brixton is under a 15 minute walk away. Situated smack bang in the centre of south London, Brixton is a go-to for foodies, artists and music fans. This cultural neighbourhood is filled with a fantastic sense of community. Head to the bustling and vibrant Brixton Village and Brixton Market and choose from one of the many, tiny restaurants there. This bustling corner is a community within itself, with over 100 local and independent businesses who have transformed this former arcade. You can find everything from burgers (Honest Burgers) to Thai (KaoSarn), from Spanish (Casa Morita) to Chinese (Mama Lan) - there’s something for everyone and food from all over the world.
For something a bit unusual, Pop Brixton has created a hub of restaurants - the twist? They’re all housed in shipping containers! Cosy? Definitely. Delicious food? Absolutely.
For films, the Ritzy cinema is where locals go. And for those in search of a party, Brixton’s famous live venues, including the Brixton Academy and Hootananny are where it’s at.
Clapham North tube station is the closest to the property; just a 7 minute walk away. This connects you to the Northern Line. You can get to King's Cross in 21 minutes, and London Bridge or Leicester Square in just 12! Exploring London could hardly be easier.
