SEASONAL LOCATION CONTRACT
Between the undersigned, Mrs. PICARD Gladys and Mrs. JACOMET Sarah, residing at 69 Périassamy Road, Bamboo Line, 97432 Ravine des cabris
it was agreed that:
1. SUBJECT OF THE SEASONAL RENTAL AGREEMENT
The parties agree that the rental subject hereof is a seasonal rental, the duration of which can not exceed 90 days.
The Lessor declares to be the owner of the accommodation and to have the free disposal and full enjoyment during the rental period defined herein.
The Lessor may justify the ownership of his property by providing the supporting documents requested by the Lessee.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSING
The housing subject of the present is:
a villa of 130 m2, which can accommodate 6 people maximum, including 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an equipped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a living room, 2 varangues, shared swimming pool with the other housing
a single-storey apartment of 48 m2, which can accommodate up to 3 people, including 1 bedroom, a bathroom, 1 toilet, a kitchen, a veranda, common pool with the other housing
located at: (La Parenthèse) 78 Périassamy Road, Bamboo Line, 97432 Ravine des cabris
3. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The property is rented for a maximum of 6 occupants for the villa, and a maximum of 3 occupants for the apartment. The Tenant expressly undertakes not to exceed this number without authorization from the owner.
4. RENTAL PERIOD
The Landlord leases to the Tenant seasonal housing
date and time when the Tenant agrees to have fully released the housing.
5. RETURN THE KEYS
The Lessor and the Lessee define the methods of handing over the following keys:
Delivery of keys to the Lessee on arrival, delivery of keys to the Lessor at departure
6. RENTAL RATE AND CHARGES
The Parties have agreed to fix the rent on
90 Euros (seventy euros) per day for the apartment for 2 people, 80 euros for 3
270 Euros (two hundred and fifty euros) per day for the villa
The rent above includes, for the duration of the lease, the payment of all rental charges. It also includes: the tourist tax, the linen rental, but does not include the final cleaning, for which 60 euros will be charged for the apartment, and 120 euros for the villa if the taker does not do not want to clean the house by itself
In order to proceed with the booking of the accommodation, the Lessee returns to the Lessor the present signed and signed contract on each page, accompanied by the payment of a deposit of 40% of the total amount (transfer to the account (IBAN and BIC code), Species, Other)
8. PAYMENT OF RENT BALANCE
The balance of the amount of the rent, will be paid by the Tenant at the entrance to the housing, at the latest at the entrance, by the means of his choice (Transfer on the account (IBAN and BIC code), Species, Other)
9. DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE
At the latest when entering the premises, the Lessee will give the Lessor a check for 500 Euros (five hundred euros) for the apartment, and 1000 Euros (eight hundred euros) for the villa. the Lessor's order, as a security deposit to cover any rental damages. This deposit can in no way be considered as a participation in the settlement, and will not be productive of any interest.
Are included as rental damages, all damages, damage of the housing, as well as the damages, losses or thefts caused to the movable property filling the accommodation, during the period of hiring. A sum of 100 euros will be levied in case of loss of the portal remote control.
In the absence of rental damage the deposit will be returned to the Lessee within a maximum of 15 days after departure.
In the case of the existence of rental damage, the deposit will be returned within a maximum of 2 months, the expenses incurred in compensation for damage deducted, justification and invoices in support
