This fantastic flat is located in Central Manchester, next to the canal. The flat has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This would be a great place for up to 4 people looking to stay in the heart of Manchester.
This brilliant flat is situated on the 6th floor of a modern and secure residential building. As you walk in through the front door you enter into the hallway. You will first come to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Keep following the hallway round and on your right is the main bathroom and on your left is the second bedroom. Straight in front of you is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
This room is filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
The sleek dining table seats 4 people comfortably.
In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and chaise lounge, which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what Manchester has to offer.
Both of the bedrooms have sumptuous double beds which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings neatly away.
The ensuite to the master bedroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. Whereas the family bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Interaction with Guests:
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
The apartment is in a prime area of the city centre. The main high street Deansgate is under a 5 minute walk away. All of the mainstream shops, as well as some designer shops, and department stores House of Fraser and Harvey Nichols can be found here. You really couldn’t be in a better spot for proximity to shops! As well as being spoilt for choice for shopping, you will discover a plethora of options for eating . Artisan is our favourite restaurant - it’s a stone's throw from the apartment and does excellent pizza in a quirky space covered in artwork.
In terms of culture - Albert Hall and Manchester Opera House are both a 10 min walk away from the apartment. Both of these showcase dance, music and theatre, so definitely check out their websites to see what’s on while you’re staying.
Manchester University and it’s famous redbrick buildings are under a 10 minute drive away. For the sporting fans out there, Old Trafford (home of Manchester United FC) and Old Trafford Cricket Ground are also both under a 15 minute drive away. The apartment is also in prime position if you’re brave enough to be running in the Manchester marathon!
Salford station is a 3 minute walk away from the station which can easily take you to Manchester Victoria, Rochdale and Wigan Wallgate.
There are many bus stops outside of the apartment - the 34, 38, 50, V1, V2, X41 and X43 routes all take you through the city centre.
If you’re travelling from London then Manchester Piccadilly station is a 10 min drive away.
Manchester has an excellent transport system with reliable buses and the Metrolink tram system. There are many bus stops outside of the apartment - the 34, 38, 50, V1, V2, X41 and X43 routes all take you through the city centre. Market Street and St Peter’s Square are the closest Metrolink stations.
