This apartment is the epitome of city living. Within a secure building, this functional well presented space has one open plan living area and 1 separate bathroom and bedroom. This apartment would be a great fit for a solo traveller or young couple looking for a convenient place to stay that is easily accessible to Central Manchester, the vibrant Northern Quarter and popular Spinningfields area.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no wifi at this property until 5 January. You are welcome to still book before then!

The Space:


The apartment is on the first floor. The living/dining area is modern and functional, with good sized window creating a bright environment.

The open plan kitchen adjoins to the living and dining area and offers a fridge, 4 ring hob electric stove and a small microwave oven. The living area has a smart TV, perfect for spending the night in relaxing.


Within the apartment there is a separate bedroom with double bed, which will be spotlessly made up for you using hotel quality linen. There are ample clothes storage options in a wardrobe and chest of drawers.


The bathroom is located just between the bedroom and central living space, with bath and shower. There is a also a large vanity mirror.

We want your stay to be comfortable and easy, so we also provide fluffy white towels and free toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds will be made up with hotel quality linen to give this apartment a luxury edge.

Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the apartment. Within a self contained building, accessed

through a secured lobby area! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. Full details will be provided at check-in

Interaction with Guests:

You will be hosted by a professional hospitality company. They are on call to attend to your

every need.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located next to many stunningly converted redbrick factories. Historically this was a very industrial area, but today it is home to many high end apartments due to the proximity to the city centre and to the trendy Northern Quarter. Remains from the past have been beautifully preserved, so you will be in for a treat walking the streets of this hodgepodge of old and new buildings.

The Marble Arch is a characterful pub right on the apartment’s doorstep. We recommend this spot if you’re into beer as they brew their own! Within a 15 minute walk you can be in the heart of the city’s Northern Quarter - a labyrinth of artisan cafes, bars and eateries. If you prefer something a little more mainstream, then Printworks and the Corn Exchange are a 10 minute walk from the apartment and these house most of the well-known chain restaurants and shops.

Manchester Arena is also under a 15 minute walk away - this is the city’s number 1 destination for concerts. For sporting fans out there, the National Football Museum is also closeby. This museum boasts an interesting collection of exhibitions on the history of football, and even better, admission is free!

Getting Around:

The apartment is under a 10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria station. Here you will find direct trains to other major cities such as Liverpool and Leeds.

If you’re coming from London then Manchester Piccadilly station is a 5 minute drive away.

There is a bus stop right outside the apartment for the 114 route which goes through the centre of town. Manchester has an excellent tram system called the Metrolink. The closest station to the apartment is Victoria.

Most of the best sites of Manchester are either within walking distance or a short journey away with public transport.
