This 2 bedroom holiday home is set in a riverside courtyard with private parking. The courtyard is situated on the river bank with communal outside areas overlooking the river . The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with an extra sofa bed being available in the main lounge area. The property is a short journey on the chain ferry to West Cowes, a vibrant seaport town with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Space

This 2 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay with friends or family for a relaxing break or to take in the local maritime activity. Within walking distance to locals shops, restaurants and marinas or hop on the chain ferry to Cowes for a more lively atmosphere. This property offers one double bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, living room (with double sofa bed available), downstairs bathroom with modern bath and shower and an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Private parking is also available.

Guest access

Entire property including a small balcony off of the living room. Access to the outside communal courtyard, adjacent to the river with seating by the sea wall.

Guest interaction

We enjoy meeting our guests and will try to greet them on arrival when possible. If we are unavailable to do so we will make contact with our guests to provide access to the property and be only a phone call away throughout their stay.

It was very clean and nice. The location was very convenient being so close to the ferry.

We really enjoyed our brief time on the island. Overall we were very pleased. It was extremely close to the ferry which was good and bad. The convenience was awesome but on the other hand it was quite load at times. The place was very clean. The only problems we had were trying to figure out the washing machine. Couldn’t get it to turn on and the temperature in the hall was not very easy to figure out how to adjust.
