I've used VRBO frequently, so when I bought this property, I knew what guests were looking for. I spent months renovating the insides to open it up for entertaining with 40' flat screen TVs, FULL kitchens and granite countertops. Brand new furnishings in all 6 units with high quality king beds, couches so you don't wake up with a sore back or slide to the center of the couch. Wifi and flat screens in each bdrm allow you to escape and relax.

We had a great stay at this condo! It’s the perfect size for a couple, and while there is a pull out couch bed, might seem a bit crowded for 4 adults. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, including a coffee maker, plus paper towels and dish soap. Plenty of trash bags and cleaning supplies under the sink. We didn’t rent a car (you don’t need one) so we used Instacart to get some groceries from Publix. There’s a Walgreens within walking distance as well. There is no hairdryer, which was fine by me, but for you ladies that need one, you will need to pack one.
The location is great, right across the street from the beach and Smiley’s Snack Shack, where we had lunch most days. The Hotel Zamora next door has a great rooftop bar where you can watch the sun set.
All in all, it was a wonderful condo, clean and well stocked. Dick’s notes were welcome, it’s always nice to know the quirks of a place you’re staying at. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend this property to others.

The unit was easy to find and check in to. Was just as described. Meticulously cleaned and organized. Everything you would need is there. The beach access was a very good perk as the public and resort beaches can get crowded at times. If we returned to St. Pete for vacation again I would definitely reserve this place again. Owner was in and out throughout the week and friendly, insisted if there was any issues that he would take care of it immediately. Which at some point during the week a storm hit, nothing effected the unit I was staying in but as soon as it was cleared up, Dick was there with a repair crew at 11pm or so and taking care of whatever the issue was. I’d recommend this vacation spot over a resort condo 10 out of 10 times. So much more space, relaxing, and quiet. You can get all the hustle and bustle 2 blocks up the street. Close proximity to all the beach town amenities but far enough away to be relaxing. Loved my entire vacation and I’m pleased to leave Dick a great review on his rental. Thanks again

On 6/4 you the condo writing "rest, relaxation,de-stress"... You didn't have any questions or concerns then. I replied in less than 30mins with a full page of details of pertinent info to make your arrival a breeze. I never heard another word from you, which I usually take as a good thing. Upon your check out, I sent you a request for a review stressing not only how we strive to keep our 5 star rating but also to ask that you be fair minded as this is my small business not just a hobby. My opening sentence requests that you reply to that email if there was anything that needed my attention, not only so it will be fixed for the next guest but also to be fair, and give me a chance to remedy any situation. I still don't know what it is that you needed to get in touch with me about and why you penalized me 40% ! for something I still am not aware of. The next time you submit a review, I just ask you consider how hard the owner's work to make the guests happy. Maybe this will save another owner the disappointment of trying hard only to be penalized without a reason.

This was our 3rd time staying here and hopefully we will be returning next year. Condo is clean and the beautiful beach is right across the street. Within easy walking distance to fun bars and great restaurants. We are so glad we found this place.
The property was clean and well maintained and just as advertised by the owner on the VRBO site.
We had everything we could have possibly needed for our seven night stay. The condo was clean and very convenient to the beach and we never had anyone very close to us on this semi private beach. We needed nothing during our stay as we had asked early on via email about a hairdryer which is not supplied for good reasons so we just brought our own and decided to buy a couple of beach chairs and beach towels at CVS which we brought home with us for next year. We absolutely loved our week at the beech and the condo experience was great! We have stayed at both the Guy Harvey and the Don Cesar and this place is 1/2 the cost. We’ll be back!
Bang for your buck! Why pay the rate for being on the beach when you can walk across the street to the beach or one block to the intercoastal waterway behind the property. Brand new renovations, this cozy 6 unit bldg has new furniture, king beds, flat screens in dens and bedrooms. Walking distance to anything you could need !
