Offering spacious accommodation of approx 1200 sq ft, this is a superlative 3 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment. Due to its open plan layout and lift facility it is also wheelchair friendly.

The large veranda is in sunshine until mid afternoon protecting you from the heat of the afternoon sun,with views of the 25m infinity pool and mountains in the distance.Beautifully landscaped grounds retain original citrus trees which fruit during late summer and a tall line of trees offer shade poolside with changing rooms & showers. A second 15m pool is to the rear,both pools with loungers and umbrellas for you to enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean sunshine! We have spared no expense to provide a superior residence: master bedroom with ensuite + double size shower,2 twin bedrooms,separate bathroom and spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area with modern Italian and leather furniture, all living rooms with ceiling fans and free air conditioning. Wi-fi is available at a small charge, please enquire.

GOLF INFORMATION: The cooler winter months make playing golf an ideal activity, with the weather rarely dropping below 15 degrees. There are several championship 18 hole golf courses within an easy drive, including the Tsada Gold Club, the Secret Valley Golf Club and a superb facility at the Aphrodite Hills Resort.

SKIING INFORMATION: Cyprus is one of the few places that you can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon. There is skiing and snowboarding from January to March (check weather conditions) on Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains, about 2 hours drive from Paphos.

HOW TO GET THERE: Paphos airport is approx. 20 minutes drive away from the apartment. Larnaca airport is approx. 90 minutes drive away from the apartment. Flights can be obtained from: BA, Cyprus Airlines, First Choice, Ryanair, Thomson, or through Skyscanner on the internet

Our apartment is located 2 km from the end of Tombs of the Kings Road which is approximately 3 - 5 minutes by car. Paphos harbour is approx. a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive, and the 2 nearest local supermarkets are an approx. 5 minutes walk. 'Bar Street', popular for its extensive international bars and restaurants, is approx. 15/20 minutes walk away.

We're Steve and Karin, we've been married 35 years and live in a lovely village in Essex.

Why Karin Meek chose Paphos & Suburbs

We've always loved Cyprus for its climate, English speaking friendly locals and driving on the right side of the road (to us!) and fell in love with Hesperides Gardens from the first moment we saw it, albeit in its early development stages. Even then you could see the developers had gone our of their way to keep as much of the original beauty of the orchard it was built on, proved now by the abundance of greenery and grapefruit trees. Stunning.

What makes this apartment unique

A huge plus to us were the 2 large pools, the 25mtre with its central planted feature which, at that time, was the largest we'd seen on a development. Fabulous. And our veranda has distant views of the mountains; sitting with a glass (or 2!) of the excellent local wine watching the sun set with the twinkling lights starting to appear up in the mountains - just beautiful. What's not to like! Recently a bus service has started up just at the end of the road, a huge benefit if you don't want to walk or drive, the route travelling around the local tourist areas in Pafos. A great bonus.

Fantastic Appartment, Great Location

My family and I stayed at this wonderful apartment during the middle 2 weeks of August 2016. It's a great base for a wonderful family holiday in the beautiful South of Cyprus.

As we have 2 children one aged 5 and one aged 2 it was imperative that we stay somewhere reasonably priced which would allow both children their own rooms for sleeping. We couldn't have picked a better location with 3 extremely well sized double bedrooms one of which 'the Master' was en-suite.

The openplan lounge, kitchen and living area in this Appartment is ideal for a family or group of friends and the balcony area overlooking the pool is a wonderful area for chilling at night. During the day the main pool did become crowded at times but the second pool behind the Appartments was always empty and great for the kids. The complex is located centrally and driving distances to the water park or marina, town centre or shopping mall are all roughly a quick 10 mins. Communication throughout the booking process was flawless and it was a pleasure to deal with the owners throughout. Overall the entire process of booking, paying and staying was stress free and this Appartment and its owners come highly recommended to all

Fabulous accommodation for visit to PAPHOS

Wonderful apartment

Just stayed for the second time at Karin and Steve’s apartment in September and it was as good as before. Had a late flight and were able to stay till early evening, which was great and meant we had a final full day. Everything was as before, great communication and information beforehand, the apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped (love the dishwasher!) with great storage and very comfortable beds, and we love the open plan aspect giving a great feeling of space. Jackie who manages it for them was on hand to make sure everything was ok, not that we needed to but nice to know. The pool area is huge, and regular friendly security patrols take place during the day. There are gradual steps going down into it which the kids seem to love, very clean and safe but be aware no life guards as this is predominately a residential/holiday let complex. The 4-5pm ice cream van was a bonus! There’s a bus service now into the harbour but its easy to walk, took about 25 minutes and 20 mins up to the old town. You can hire bikes too or Karin will give you details of car hire companies, but sometimes its cheaper to go by taxi – we thought of hiring a car on a day we wanted to go to the water park but it was cheaper to get a taxi there and back! If you go to the waterpark book online using your credit card – much cheaper and you only need to show the email confirmation at the desk (not your passport like it says online). ‘Friends’ bar in what the locals call ‘Bar Street’ is well worth a visit, live entertainment every night from comedians to very authentic tribute acts. Definitely recommend a day cruise (from the kiosk on the harbour front –haggle ‘politely’, we got a reduced price down from 60 to 50 euros each), we had a great time, all food and drink included, use of kayaks, snorkelling equipment, diving in the crystal clear waters and the sea caves were spectacular to swim into. Good entertainment too, excellent singer onboard and such a friendly atmosphere we made some good friends that we met a few days later in Coral Bay. Talking of which, the Japanese restaurant in Coral Bay with its Teppanyaki table is amazing – you need a car to get there and book as its so popular, but well worth a visit for the excellent food and fun aspect (our 2nd time now!). Not cheap, but one of the highlights of our holiday. Would definitely do this holiday again and stay here again.

The bus service has certainly been an added bonus too. I can personally vouch for the day cruises - great fun and a wonderful way to see the island and swim in the sea (and for those not confident in the waters - like me - the flotation devices are very useful!). Hesperides Gardens, Paphos

Excellent accommodation with all facilities and air conditioning. English electrical sockets so no need for adaptors. Good local information provided as well as a welcome pack. Good selection of DVD's if required and also English TV. Internet also available. Nice quiet location. 15 minutes walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Two small supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Car not essential as bus stop just around corner but designated parking available. Pool lovely and warm with plenty of sunbeds. Ice Cream van calls every day at 4pm and a Rambo Special is a must. No hesitation in recommending the accommodation to families or couples. Aphrodites Micro Brewery on the outskirts of Paphos well worth a visit.

This property met all our expectations

The apartment was spacious, well-maintained and provided all mod cons, particularly comfortable beds and pillows. The location was great, close enough to the port (a short drive away) but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings on the balcony. Excellent pre-and during holiday service from owner and property manager. Fat Mama's and local Greek restaurants were a great success! Would recommend to friends and family.

This is a wonderful location 5 mins walk from 2 local shops & 20/30 mins walk to local bars & restaurants. Paphos caters for all tastes and ages, from the largest waterpark in Paphos to the picturesque Harbour with views of the 16th century Venetian Fortress.Numerous open air cafe's, tavernas and fish restaurants line the quayside inviting you to stop and enjoy the cuisine, spectacular views and a refreshing drink!
