Raydale Barn is an idyllically situated campingbarn, sleeping 16 people in two large bedrooms. Upstairs there are two toilets and two showers, and one toilet downstairs. There is a large open plan living area, which leads to the kitchen, which has a catering gas stove and a dining area created within the old cow stalls. There is a wood burning stove in the living area and plenty of seating, with different zones for map reading and relaxing.
Outside there is space for seating and a bbq.
Raydale Barn is perfectly situated for biking, hiking, running and many more outdoor adventures. The nearby villages of Bainbridge and Askrigg have pubs, and there are cafes and shops in both villages too. Six miles away is the market town of Hawes, and down dale is the larger market town of Leyburn.
Dogs are permitted, but it's required that we know in the booking form. There is livestock in the field and adjacent fields, so dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Raydale Barn sits in its own field of 3 acres, and is not accessible by vehicle, but by using a rough stone track (vehicles can be parked 1/4 of a mile away).
