Botany Bay House ticks all the boxes for the perfect holiday home. Sea views, contemporary open plan layout with conservatory, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large decked garden with hot tub - what more could you want!

The lovely golden sands of Botany Bay are on your doorstep, and to make sure guests have a great time, the owner provides everything you need for a fabulous day by the sea - beach chairs, beach towels, buckets and spades and a cool box. All you need to buy is the ice cream.

Of course this lovely house isn't just for the summer. With the private secluded garden and hot tub, even Spring and Autumn stays are a joy, and the large balcony overlooking the sea provides sheltered views across to France.

Botany Bay House is located on The Viking Coastal Trail, a 25 mile walking and cycle rail around the coast of the Isle of Thanet taking in the vibrant towns of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. For those who don't want to walk far, the Botany Bay Hotel is a few yards away serving food and Kentish brewer Shepherd Neame ales. The town of Broadstairs is just under three miles away, and can be reached by a pleasant coastal walk or by car. Once there, a wide range of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants can be explored. The owner has suggested Wyatt and Jones, Posillipo's and Albarino's as three of their favourite.

All in all, a superb holiday home for guests of all ages and interests.
