Large 3 bed villa with designer kitchen and private heated swimming pool

Brisa do mar is situated on top of the cliffs overlooking the beach at Porto de Mos. It is an easy 5/10min. walk to the beach where there are bars, restaurants and sunbeds to rent. The house is fitted to a high specification both inside and out, and is furnished also to a high standard to enable you to make the most of your Algarve holiday. Outside, each bedroom has a balcony with great views and their own furniture. There are sunbeds to soak up the sun around the pool. A comfortable lounge seating area that's shaded from the sun and an alfresco dining area for dinner. The house has a modern security system for your protection and plenty of room for off road car parking. Inside a large lounge area is cooled with ceiling fans, although the whole house is air conditioned, A plasma screen TV satellite TV & a DVD player are in the lounge for your entertainment. TVs are also situated in the kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en suite designer bathroom with bath and shower.

Locally: The Porto de Mos beach is a beautiful and dramatic beach, and one of many in the region, an alternative would be the majestic Meia Praia beach, a 10 minute drive away next to Lagos town. In the town there are a huge range of restaurants, bars to keep you entertained. The Marina in Lagos is surrounded by bars and restaurants and here you have the opportunity to charter a boat or take an organised trip around the dramatic coast line where you will see dolphins. The area is well served with golf courses with Boavista being a 5 minute drive away. Additionally a huge range of other sports are available locally such as tennis, walking, kite surfing, wakeboarding, kayaking and surfing to name but a few.

Shopping: For the essentials, there are 5 supermarkets nearby, including Intermarche and Continente. Intermarche is 5 minutes from the house and provides fresh meat, fish and bread together with a full range of food and non food supplies. In Town there are a range of designer boutiques together with the usual assortment of souvenir shops. further afield, a 30 minute drive takes you to the Algarve shopping mall with its modern range of shops and eateries.

During the summer months of June through to September, we have found the pool does not require heating. If however you would like it to be heated to 27deg. please ask. An additional charge of £150 per week will be charged.

Fabulous property

The property caters for everybody's needs. Very well maintained, huge rooms, beautiful pool (be aware you will need to spend 15 mins per day removing vegetation). The BBQ area is to die for. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay in this home from home.

Beautiful villa - wonderful holiday

We had a really lovely week in this beautiful villa. There were 5 adults staying here and there was plenty of room. Each room had its own very nice bathroom and a balcony. It was extremely clean, fresh and comfortable. The pool was a bit cold but we were offered the chance to have it heated before we went but didn't think we would need it - we know for next time if we go in September again!! We did walk into town a couple of times but it was a bit too far - especially in the heat! The taxis were fantastic - couldn't fault them. We needed a people carrier each time and there was always one available straight away. Taxiarade were the company to use! Overall we had a great week and will hopefully be back! Loved this villa - a little bit of luxury for a week! Also Harry, the owner, was great answering the many questions I had via email.

Amazing villa - would love to come back

The villa was fantastic, all the rooms were huge and spotless and we spent a lot of time just relaxing by the pool. The location is great - just a few minutes walk from the beach and not far from the town and supermarket. We would love to come back!

Fantastic villa, beautifully appointed and perfectly situated

This villa is spacious and very well appointed, perfectly located near the beaches and easy access to town.

We had a great time here, the kids loved it, and would highly recommend it to families or groups of friends alike!

an amazing stay @ 'our villa'

family of 5 stayed at this amazing villa just up the beach from Porto De Mos praia. Everything worked out perfect from our access codes to the great home itself. Clean and large this home had more than we five needed. Gave us privacy as needed and lots of areas to hang out together. The private pool was well used by all and the five min walk to the beach as well as the excellent bar/restaurant on the beach was much appreciated. Wifi was perfect. Cabs to town were easily accessed (only 5min-ish into main Lagos).

We have travelled to South France, north Italy as well as New Zealand and used vrbo and this is one of our favourites... thank you Harry for making our first week in Portugal very memorable...would love to come back.

Amazing Villa

As a family we have stayed in several villas in Portugal and elsewhere, and bar none this villa was by far the best.

Personally I do not think the pictures do the villa justice, it is impeccably decorated and maintained to a high standard.

The location is perfect, very quiet but a short walk to a great beach at Port de Mos with the 2 good beach bar/restaurants. Easy to get a taxi into Lagos, or if taking the car, I recommend parking in the multi storey and walking in.

Harry's instructions and communication were perfect and easy to follow. However, we did get lost on arrival but was completely our own fault, easily resolved by ringing the contact Harry had left in his instructions.

I cannot praise and recommend this property enough, and now we have found it I don't see any point in risking going anywhere else when returning to Portugal.

Golf: Boa Vista Golf Course 2 km away and another 4 courses within 10 minute drive.
