A comfortable, spacious and much loved, four bedroom family holiday home in Rock with a large garden and ample off-street parking.
The house is well located and is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay. It is also a short walk to the local pub and about a 10 minute walk to the fantastic local shops.
The house was refurbished to a high standard in 2015 and is a real home away from home.
The house is a warm, two storey, traditional Cornish family home. Downstairs is a large, welcoming kitchen, with a big table and walk in larder. There is also a good sized sitting room with patio doors that open to the garden, a dining room/snug and a downstairs loo with sink and power shower. The entrance hall is large with plenty of space to hang coats, leave wellies etc. Upstairs there are four bedrooms plus a recently refurbished bathroom with bath and power shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 - Queen sized double bed. Bedroom 2 - Master Bedroom, two single beds can be linked at the base to make a super king sized bed. The dual aspect room looks over the front garden and to the south open countryside. Bedroom 3 - twin beds, open countryside outlook from both windows, handbasin. Bedroom 4 - bunk room. All bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space for hanging and storing clothes. All of the bedrooms, except the bunk room, also have dressing tables. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, separate fridge and separate freezer. As the house is a much used family holiday home there is plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and everything that you'd expect for cooking at home. There is a separate utility room outside of the main house with a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional large fridge and another loo and sink. There are two separate gardens; one off the living area and a separate one the other side of the driveway. There is also a large outdoor table and chairs on the patio plus sun umbrella. There is also ample parking in the driveway for 3 cars. High quality bedding and bath towels are provided.
Guests can access all areas of the house. The only exception is the garage and the room above the garage.

The house has sufficient space for 3 cars to park in the driveway. The closest airport is Newquay airport which is about a 30 minute drive away. Exeter Airport is 1hour and 20 minutes away. Car hire is available at Newquay and Exeter airports from a number of companies including Europcar, Hertz and Avis. The closest train station is Bodmin Parkway which is about a 30 minute drive.. There are a number of local taxi companies that can take you from the train station to the house.
