Quiet and relaxing stay in The Hayloft!
I went for some downtime. To do some writing and generally catch up with myself. So peaceful, lovely gardens to walk around and a nice walk to the hill fort with the dog. Well placed for a coastal day out we did at the weekend. Wanted to use the pool but wasn't brave enough late September!
The accommodation is rustic and charming and we loved it. Everything and more that you need for your stay. We really loved it and would love to go back. Highly recommended for a get away from it all.
Delighted you enjoyed your stay.
We loved our stay beautiful setting and the gardens are stunning
Loved it beautiful place rural but easy access to town and attractions x
Very nice rustic country feel, loved staying here for our wedding.
Had everything we needed and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Perfect night's sleep before getting married!
Fantastic holiday in beautiful location with wonderful weather!
Great property, well appointed house, lovely gardens, swimming pool is a real bonus. The cottage was clean and tidy, a tasteful barn conversion. Had all we wanted and was very comfortable.
Home for placement
I stayed here whilst on a nursing placement in the area. It was a nice comfortable place to stay with everything I needed.
Lovely spacious barn in quiet, relaxed location. Bed very comfortable. Deep bath ideal for the taller person but a power shower would be a welcome improvement.
This quiet valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is located between Dorchester and Weymouth and therefore within easy reach of shops, restaurants museums and the numerous seaside activities available in and around Weymouth. The Abbotsbury Swannery and gardens are within easy reach as are many footpaths leading to the coast as well as the many remote beaches reached situated along the famous Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage Site. The properties are in the old farmyard and reached down a private road and therefore well away from traffic.
Golf: Several Golf courses within a few miles in stunning scenery
