Completely renovated: It has two air conditioners. Kitchen equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor fan. Has washer and dryer.

Spacious areas with sun loungers for sunbathing.

It is a paradise for families and couples in holiday period.

Very safe area with security personnel as extra.

This is our third rental property, the two previous ones are full year round and with 30 comments of 5 stars. We look for excellence and we would like it to achieve that quality ranking so that the client is satisfied with the offer with such interest and maximum comfort.

What makes this bungalow unique

The beautiful garden views from the terrace, living room and bedroom. It has bus stops at the door. The train station at 300 ms. It has parking, gardens, swimming pools, solarium, tennis court, supermarket within the complex. Restaurant inside the complex. To two minutes to the beach. Sunny apartment, facing south. With two bedrooms. Bathroom with hydromassage shower, large terrace with sofas and dining room and sun loungers for sunbathing.

Fabulous holiday with amazing accommodation

We have just returned from staying in this bungalow for our family holiday and and it was amazing, all amenities listed were accurate which made our stay very pleasant, the bungalow is immaculate and beds are very comfortable too. You can see the pool from the balcony and there is also a supermarket very close on site which was very reasonably priced. The beach, bars and restaurants are all a short walk away too.

Carmen and Angel are lovely and met us on arrival which was a very nice greeting, they also came to say goodbye to us. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Place to stay

We had a lovely holiday at this apartment from June 4th for nine nights.

The apartment was lovely, airy and light. The kitchen appliances were all new. The bedroom furniture was also new and had nice, comfortable beds with good quality bedding. The apartment has been newly and very tastefully decorated. It has a lovely outside terrace with a table and chairs which is Ideal for breakfast etc. The terrace is overlooked by a block of apartments but this didn't detract too much for us.

The apartment is situated in an ideal area. It's only a couple of streets from the beach and promenade so is quiet but has easy access to all the bars and restaurants on offer in Carihuela.

We also liked the complex itself. It has lovely grassy areas for sunbathing which are really well kept. It also houses a lovely bar area with friendly staff which is reasonably priced for drinks and food and even has a happy hour from 18:00 to 20:00 each day. The complex does need a little attention in a couple of areas especially in the table tennis area. There are two pools in addition to a child's pool but unfortunately one of the pools was undergoing refurbishment so it was closed while we were there. However, the pool that was open was never crowded with lots of sunbathing space. You are charged 3 euros if you want to hire a sunbed to lie round the pool or to take on the grassy areas. However reclining chairs are provided by Carmen and Angel for guests.

Carmen and Angel were lovely to deal with and met us when we arrived to hand over the keys and also came to collect the keys when we were leaving and to ask if we had enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant and relaxing. Lovely area with lots going on.

Property was excellent. Lovely decor and furnishings. A lot of thought has gone into creating the interior. Every single thing you needed and more within the apartment. Lovely size terrace and comfortable outside furniture. The owner Carmen was there to greet us and made us very welcome. The day before we left she and her husband called to to say goodbye and check that we had been happy with our holiday experience. They are a very nice couple.

Stunning Modern Apartment with everything you need

This newly renovated apartment has been beautifully designed by the owners who try to make your holiday stay as perfect as possible. The quality of furniture and fittings is excellent and the apartment is immaculately clean. There is a cafe / Restaurant in the landscaped grounds, three swimming pools and sunbathing areas. Access to the shops, restaurants and beach/ promenade is only a few minutes walk. If you have mobility problems, this ground floor apartment and terrace will be ideal. The Owners Carmen and Angel could not have been more kind and helpful.

Parfait

Rien ne manque dans ce superbe appartement fraîchement rénové . Il est fonctionnel , particulièrement bien décoré . Notre séjour avec nos 2 enfants de 7 ans fut magnifique ! Le logement est idéalement situé dans une résidence privée avec une supérette à 15 m de notre terrasse !

5 min de la plage et des jolies rues piétonnes marbrées. Parking privé. Tout est parfait ! Sans compter la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Carmen et Angel !

Pour avoir passer des heures à chercher le logement idéal.... Je ne peux que vous conseiller cet appartement . Vous ne trouverez pas mieux en rapport qualité prix !

Wonderful

We had a very nice stay in Torremolinos. Thanks to our host Carmen and Angel. They were fantastic to make sure our experience at their appartment was a pleasant stay.

The place was fantastic: clean, modern with all facilities on hand. Everything is brand new: fridge, oven and range, washer and dryer, air conditionning, dishwasher, mattress, and 3 TV sets.

A very comfortable place to stay with a nice patio in a quiet surronding at 3 minutes from the beach; simply perfect.

Can’t wait to get back. Thanks
