Central to Busch Gardens, USF, Ybor, and downtown Tampa. Newly remodeled.
I grew up in the midwest and moved to Florida 15 years ago. I live in the Tampa area and enjoy the outdoors and all of the great activities, restaurants, and night life that Tampa has to offer, I love living here!

House in Seminole Heights
This was our second stay at this house, which is conveniently located, since we come to Tampa for health reasons. There are many restaurants and shops in the area.
House was comfortable. Could use some repair.
Great stay, very responsive owner, we recommend!
It was our first VRBO and everything was great.
House was fully equipped to make us feel at home and the location was perfect.
Relaxing stay in Tampa
We all enjoyed staying here again. It was very close to Bush Gardens. It was very nice having the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms for all of us to relax. Nice and clean, we loved it. Probably will be back again next year in March. Thank you Benjamin
We had a group coming into Tampa for our leadership conference. It was so convenient to spread out, relax and enjoy this charming home. So much better than being crammed into a hotel room! The owner was very responsive in answering questions, booking our reservation and accommodating our needs. I would recommend him & this home highly.
Great little home....
The place was great and the perfect size for our trip. The owner does a wonderful job pointing out all the great place to eat and visit with a map and a black board wall in the kitchen.
Location was good to being so close to 275.
Seminole Heights was voted as one of the top neighborhoods in the nation by Southern Living, and recently mentioned in Travel and Leisure and Money Magazine. We are a city within a city, and the beautiful tree-lined streets feature charming restored bungalows and 100 year old brick roads. We are home to many artists and entrepreneurs, and new local businesses are popping up every week. It's an extremely exciting place to be for foodies, craft beer enthusiasts and artists, as well as families with a taste for the extraordinary! Walk to Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo, America's #1 rated Zoo for kids. Epps park and the Hillsborough River are also a short walk, and eateries, cafes, bakeries, vintage shops and more are all a short walk away. The house is only a few hundred feet from 5 star eateries Chop Chop Shop and Rooster and the Till.
The neighborhood is very close to the major highways, just a mile North of historic Ybor City, and very close to downtown Tampa, Convention Center, USF, Busch Gardens, and Adventure Island. There are also many unique eateries and pubs in the immediate neighborhood that offer everything from local organic flavors to vegan options, craft beer and more. There is something for everyone.
