The apartment is situated on the second floor of a block of 4 apartments front-line to the 18th fairway/ green.The apartment consists of a large lounge/ diner separate fully kitchen four piece bathroom suite two double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes one large furnished terrace access by both bedrooms one & the lounge and one furnished totally overlooked private roof terrace. The apartment overlooks the 18th fairway/green and has sea, mountain and communal pool views.The property has been fully redecorated and refurnished recently and has flat screen TV with almost all English and international channels that one desire, Internet "WiFi" recently installed 2015 (access for a small fee), DVD-player,leather suite & dinning table with leather dinning chairs the private roof terrace has an outside shower & sun loungers for that all over tan! Ideal for families couples or even groups wanting to take advantage of the golf sun & sea.
We worked as a golf guides an entire winter season in Fuerteventura. We had never been there before but found the little oasis and tranquility that the island offers. We found our apartment right next to the 18th hole, 150 yards from the clubhouse. Everything is really good with the pool that is almost next door and bus service to the village / sea. You really live in a quiet area, but still a so central to all facilities available nearby. The climate we experienced as very stable and it was very rare to experience a full day overcast. We have also been there during the summer and then we have really enjoyed the golf course by our self. People have not really understood how good the golf course is also in summer.

See above........and this is an investment for our retirement in the future. The locals that we have been working with is really nice and everybody seems to be so calm. It looks like the word stress doesn't exist.
You have it all, the mountains with the sun set, the ocean with the sun rise and the fantastic golf course as nearest neighbor. You have your own private roof terrace with the barbecue and the sun beds. The breakfast you will enjoy from the balcony overview the golf course and with the ocean in the background.
We have now been coming to this apartment for 8 years. It is stunning. A real home from home. You can sit up in bed and see the sea! We feel relaxed from the moment we arrive. The shops are within an easy 15 minute walk or use the free shuttle bus from the hotel. We usually get a taxi back with our shopping(€4). A car is not necessary. The golf club down the road is great for lunch or a coffee. A golfers paradise but you don't have to play golf to enjoy all it has to offer. The sun terrace is so quiet and has amazing views. Great apartment with fantastic views over the 18th fairway and down to the sea. Apartment was really comfortable and beautifully furnished with everything you need, home from home!! We loved waking up in the mornings to be faced with a lovely sunrise viewed from the master bedroom. Very good communication from the owner Christer and a mention to Sue who met us at the apartment, she was very helpful when we had a problem with shower mixer. Thank you. Would highly recommend a stay at this perfect apartment. If you want to go into town where there are some good restaurants go for the courtesy bus from the Elba Palace Hotel, a 2 minute walk. A taxi ride back is 4-5€. A highlight for us was a lovely cocktail bar called Oliver followed by going to Restaurant 15. Food and service was excellent .

This apartment was very clean and tidy.Unlike all the other apartments/villas I have stayed at in Fuerteventura the beds were really comfortable and the view from the bedroom looking over the 18th green towards the sea was fantastic.The kitchen ,bathroom and living area was modern and clean.The views from the balcony and roof terrace are some of the best I have experienced on any holiday.Chris and Lena were excellent, keeping in touch via email throughout the lead up to the holiday. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will certainly use it again in the future.
A fantastic holiday in this home from home. Special thanks to sue for sorting out when I snapped our key off in the main door. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she is on call 24/7. We have been coming to caleta for 15 years and this apartment is the best we have stayed in. Very quiet with stunning views and a pool that is always empty, what more can you want. Furnished to a very high standard with everything that you will need for your stay. A 20 minute stroll to the nearest bars/restaurants. We are back out to Fuerte in January but the apartment is booked, if it was available we would be staying there, its that good. The bed in the master bedroom is to die for, where did you get the mattress from chris we want one. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and we will definitely be staying there again in the future.
We have stayed on the Golf Resort in Fuerteventura many times, this apartment is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. The apartment is well maintained and beautiful furnished throughout. The views across the golf course are fantastic and is only a minute walk to the golf course itself. The roof top terrace is ideal for sunbathing and has a bbq for al fresco dining. There is also a communal pool just across the road which is cleaned daily and has sun loungers. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you for letting us stay here, we will be booking to stay here again.

The region of Fuerteventura is ideally located approx 3 hours and 40 minutes flying time from London offering all year round sun and stunning white sandy beaches to rival the Caribbean which incidentally is located approx 9 hours flying time from UK! With Ryanair currently flying direct from Dublin and Liverpool and from East Midlands, Birmingham and Stansted. The climate is excellent for golf and water sports and its rugged terrain offers some spectacular walking experiences. The resort of Calete de Fuste is approx 10 mins transfer time from the airport the resort is fronted by a white sandy horse shoe bay & marina the resort offers 2 golf courses (Spanish open 2004) 4 and 5* luxury hotels including the Sheraton and Grand Lux Elba Palace Hotel many restaurants & bars & Atlantico commercial centre plays host to ten pin bowling 10 screen cinema outside play area for children & many designer outlets all of this is within easy walking distance.
Golf: Two very nice golf courses situated in the immediate vicinity of the apartment approximately 10 min apart. Fuerteventura Golf is just outside the apartment overlooking the 18 hole fairway. The course is a typical park course and hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. It´s a varied championship course with challenging holes. The clubhouse is a part of the 5 star hotel Elba Palace there you can eat lunch/ dinner or maybe only have a nice cup of coffee. Both courses are really flat but if you need to hire a buggy it´s not a problem. Both courses have buggies, electric trolleys and really good golf equipment fore hire. Salinas Golf course is a little bit shorter and more like an open links course with strategic challenging holes. We can recommend to stay and enjoy the food in the clubhouse of Salinas.
