About the property

Beautiful modern villa for 6 adults and 1 child. Private pool and gardens.

This beautiful private villa is set over 2 levels and offers 172 square metres of living space. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main coastal road.

Downstairs consists of a large lounge with satellite tv and DVD player, opening onto a naya, (outdoor veranda) a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a master bedroom with a full bathroom, dressing area and a safe.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (with twin option available) both open onto a roof terrace, with a further small roof terrace/solarium above offering sea views (accessed by a spiral staircase) A modern family bathroom serves both bedrooms.

(If required there is a roll away bed available.)

All bedrooms have air conditioning units hot and cold. There are double glazed windows throughout the villa with mosquito screens and shutters.

The villa sits on a generous private 1225 metres squared plot and is accessed by a lockable sliding gate. There is a large driveway for more than 4 cars and a carport.

Mature gardens surround the villa and provide the all important privacy.

The covered naya (veranda) overlooks a great chill out pergola lounge area, which provides shade if required, along with an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs, and bbq. There is another outdoor dining table and chairs situated on the veranda that seats 6+.

The rectangular pool is 8x4 metres (depth 1metre to 2 metres) along with an outdoor shower cubicle and surrounded by great outdoor living space, catering for all day sun.

The villa offers great living space and is close to town, beaches and all amenities including (amongst others) Satari’s restaurant, which is a 1 minute walk away and Mas-y-Mas supermarket which is an easy stroll from the villa.

Close to beach (500 metres or 5 minute walk)

6 sun beds, linen, towels and beach towels provided.

Hairdryers; selection of DVDs; CDs: reading material and children’s board games.

Internet access.

No need to hire a car as everything you need is within walking distance.

Why Anne Graham chose Moraira

As a family we ,love this villa so much that we went from renting it for 20 years, to recently buying it! This property is ideal for a great get away for both family and friends.

Moraira is a beautiful place to holiday and a relatively unspoilt gem found in Costa Blanca. There are several 'Blue Flag' beaches within walking distance. Lifeguards and First Aiders are on duty during the summer season on every beach and loungers and parasols can be hired. There are cafes, bars and restaurants with views over the beaches, so it is easy to enjoy a quiet drink in the sun whilst watching the world go by!

Perfect if you just want to relax in the tranquil surroundings of the villa or explore the many wonderful places nearby.

What makes this villa unique

Location, location, location! The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, accessed by a rolling lockable gate which offers the desired privacy and security. It is just a few minutes from the main coastal road and all amenities. Most places can be accessed on foot. The location is great if you wish to eat out without the need to hire a taxi.

The villa is surrounded by gardens and has a wall surrounding the perimeter. It offers both sun and shade, with the large sun bathing area around the private pool; the chill out pergola area and the covered veranda which overlooks the pool, sunbathing area and pergola.

Moraira lies in a bay on the South Eastern coast of Spain between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, 1 hour from Alicante airport and 11/2 hours from Valencia airport with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.

The town has grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday resort retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe.

Lovely Villa

The villa is lovely and spacious, 3 nice big bedrooms and a big sitting room, enough for 6 of us to watch the World Cup in comfort!

Kitchen facilities very good. Pool area great, spent most of our time there, lovely to sit in the evening with a nice cool drink.

It took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest bar/restaurant and about another 15 minutes to walk into Moraira (which is a very nice, pretty little town).

We took a taxi to Benidorm - took about 45 minutes each way, 63 euros each way. Worth it though we had a lovely day there. There were six of us but for some strange reason the taxi companies don't do six person taxis, only four! Odd!

My only fault with the villa would be the heat in the kitchen/dining room. A fan/air conditioning in there would be nice.

If I could just highlight that the closest restaurant (Satari’s) is a 2 minute walk away at the end of the road, with at least a further 4 restaurants being within at most, a 5 minute walk from the villa. There are 2 portable fans available in the villa which can be used as and where necessary. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for booking.
