About the property

One bed, one bath beautifully presented home from home.

The combination of a sea view, privacy and peace and quiet makes this development a very sought after destination. Moments from the Santa Maria golf course, local amenities and the beach, and within easy reach of Marbella, Puerto Banus and the many beautiful places of great interest worthy of a day trip.

Our air conditioned apartment is beautifully presented and is a real home from home. Recently renovated for 2018, the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay including fibre wifi, tv and sound system with international channels, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 1st floor apartment is accessed via a gated secure underground car park, with direct lift access. The large 70m2 apartment has one bedroom which can be set up as either a super king bed, or twin beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, and doors to a private balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views.

The main living area has two large sofas one of which is a high quality sofabed, and has a very spacious feel with access to the stunning south facing terrace with views of the Mediterranean over to Gibraltar and Africa.

The kitchen is off the dining area and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The view from the sink makes washing up enjoyable - you may not even want to use the dishwasher!!

There are four pools on the complex in beautifully maintained gardens with the main pool including a childs pool.

The apartment is only 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 15 minutes from Marbella centre. An eight minute drive to the beach (the famous Nikki Beach) means you have the joy of being close to the sea but having the benefit of being in the most calm and relaxed development away from the hustle and bustle. The Santa Maria golf course clubhouse is literally 3 minutes drive away with many more courses easily accessible along the coast. The local shops and bars are only a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk (with a cheap taxi ride back up the hill!!). As you can gather we do recommend a car to get around and we have a negotiated a great deal with an airport car hire company which anyone staying at the apartment can benefit from.

Other things to note:

On arrival at the apartment there will be a welcome pack of water, wine, and milk with tea and coffee to get your stay off to an easy start. We can arrange for groceries to be delivered prior to your arrival for a fee of €15 plus the cost of the shop. If you're staying for a while we can arrange for a mid stay clean or linen change for an additional fee.

We can arrange a meet and greet service or a key pick up point on arrival.

For all bookings there is a standard cleaning fee of €60 (which includes cleaning, laundry, meet and greet service etc). This needs to be paid locally on arrival.

Minimum booking 4 nights during low season and during high season.

Wonderful holiday!

We had a very nice one week holiday on the Costa del Sol. The appartment more than fulfilled all expectations. The view from the terrace/balcony is even more spectacular than on the pictures. Beach, restaurants and shops were all within 5 min drive. We would love to come back next year!!

Perfect place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Elviria. The appartment is looking very good, has 2 balcony's; one of them (the biggest) with a great view over the sea (you can see Gibraltar from there). The apartment has everything you need; kitchen with laundry machine and dish washer. A quite large living room with nice cosy furniture and a good bedroom with doors to the other balcony. It is possible to make use of the swimming pool from the apartment complex and the see is 5-7 minutes driving with the car (we would advice to rent a car). We would recommend this place.
