This two bedroom apartment has a spacious living room, separate kitchen and separate dining area. There is great attention to detail in the refurbishment. The bathroom with bath and shower has both mosaic and large sand coloured tiles giving that extra luxurious feel and a divine kitchen with ivory coloured units and space for two breakfasting. Fully kitted as a home from home, with classic solid wood furniture and sophisticated upholstery.

The Master Bedroom is decorated in warm tones and boasts a double bed with view of the garden. The second bedroom is set up as twin beds, perfect for a family.

The apartment comes complete with towels and linen for your stay and there is complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

Simply perfect and great value for money!! Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect, very close to the city centre, but it's in a quiet area. The accommodation had everything we needed and even more. The size of the apartment is perfect for 3 or 4 people. We had the very best short stay in an apartment ever.

Our Lynedoch Place apartment is ideally located just 5 min from Princes Street and George Street which are Edinburgh's main shopping areas and have department stores such as Harvey Nichols, Jenners and John Lewis.

If shopping isn't your thing these areas also have a multitude of restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. In addition the Royal Botanic Garden is a short walk from Lynedoch Place and offers beautiful scenery in both the summer and winter.

You can also take a bus ride around the city on one of the famous bus tours which will help you get accustomed to the city and find out about it's fascinating history. Edinburgh Zoo is a great place to entertain kids and adults alike and is easily accessible by car and bus.

You will also be a short distance for Edinburgh Castle, Princes St gardens and the Scottish Parliament. During the winter festive season Princes Street is the location of a large German Market with gluwein, stollen and a large ice rink.

- A refundable damage deposit of £250 or 10% of the rental balance(if booking is 2 weeks or longer) is payable to The Edinburgh Address via our Guest Portal 7 days before arrival and shall be refunded 7 days after departure. Funds shall only be with held on the instruction of the owner or property manager due to damage being caused during the booking.
