The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The property itself feels very secluded with great views of the mountains. Supermarket and restaurants only blocks away. 5 minute drive to downtown.

Pool heating is $50/day. Let me know in advance so I can have it ready when you check in if you want it heated. Jacuzzi is always at 100 degrees and already included in price.
All of Palm Springs now has guest noise and good neighbor requirements/rules. You will need to sign and agree to the rules when you check in.
