Located along one of the most original streets of the tourist old Jewish district, Kazimierz. The apartment is part of the redeveloped Galician electricity plant dating from 1905. The beautifully restored façade of this monument completed in 2017 is recognizable from afar.

Almost all famous and tourist sights of Krakow are within walking distance. From the Northern main entrance, you immediately walk into the cozy old Kazimierz with its famous Jewish monuments and many cafés, restaurants and galleries. From the southern decline it is only 150 m to the Wisla boulevard.

Kazimierz Gallery, a large modern shopping center with many fashion shops and a cinema center, is a 10-minute walk (700 meters).

Opposite the building is a food-truck corner: handy if you have little time, but still want to eat well.

This spacious (102m) apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It consists of a hallway / living room / annex kitchen plus a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with large loft skylights. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with rain shower and is equipped with hairdryer.

The apartment is on the South. All rooms have air conditioning, Smart TV and broadband internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances (refrigerator, fridge, extractor hood, hob, oven, dishwasher, water boiler). Provided with laundry and ironing facilities.

Other facilities:

- a balcony overlooking a quiet, well-kept, green courtyard,

- congierge, 24/7 security, with central monitoring,

- a free parking space in an underground garage

- a stylish entrance with 2 lifts

- wide wide corridors,

- many ornaments remind of the former Galician power station: (the apartment is situated on the site of the former boiler room).

Available, on-site is my, English and Polish speaking, charming host Karolina who knows (almost) every corner of Krakow. Karolina likes to help and is ready to give advice on tourist attractions, excursions, shopping, restaurants, going out, transport or even things like a dentist or babysitter.

In short: this well-furnished and cozy new apartment is better situated and offers more space and comfort than many luxury hotels, while the costs are significantly less. Thanks in part to the services of Karolina, this apartment is an ideal base to explore Krakow and its fascinating environment (Auschwitz, Wielicka salt mines, Zakopane, Tatra Mountains, etc.).

Perfect for a group or family of 3 to 6 adults, with or without children, who want to experience Krakow but at the same time want to share each other's company and enjoy together in a cozy modern living space.

Clean and well presented

Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a centrally located apartment in Krakow. There are so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance and the main square is a 15 minute stroll. Everything worked well and Karolina met us at the apartment and showed us around and was v helpful. The bedrooms are lovely and bright (the window blinds are not blackout blinds so if that worries you bring eyeshades).

The apartment is modern and in a newly converted block, v quiet. We didn't cook but everything was there if you wanted to do so. Shops and supermarkets nearby as well as a massive new shopping centre.
