This very private and breathtaking property has one of the best locations one can ask for. It is located on a hill, providing you with tranquility but at the same time, being located very near to all the main attractions of the island and with great and easy access. This villa is giving you all, to one side of the outdoor space you will find al fresco dining area with the far sunset views of the west coast of the island. Due to great central location, the other side of the outdoor space provides you not only with the gorgeous poolside but also with the views of east coast and Ibiza Town itself. There is more, an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking this gorgeous scenery from which you can admire views of famous Dalt Vila while sipping champagne.

Things do not get much better than this.

The villa is spacious and beautifully decorated, its style is a perfect reflection of Ibiza’s caracter. It combines hippie charm with class and local traditional architecture.

The property is fully air conditioned, has 7 bedrooms in total. There are 3 en suite bedrooms on the main level and 4 bedrooms have independent entrances from outside on the bottom level under the pool. Out of these, 2 bedrooms share one bathroom and the other 2 are en suite. There are 5 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.

All of the bedrooms are nicely spaced out, so everyone can find their own private space. The lay out of the house is spacious and compacted at the same time, providing with privacy and family.

You will find here all the luxuries you may possibly need for an unforgettable high end stay on the island. There is great sound system, pantry room, fully equipped kitchen and a very special BBQ. To top all this up you get daily cleaning and breakfast and dinner chef service included in the price. So you will not have to worry about preparing those al fresco meals, they will be made for you.

If you are looking to explore the local area, the beaches on the west coast belong to the most impressive and beautiful of the island, such as some of our personal favourites - Cala Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Cala Salada which are just a short drive away.

The villa is just a 10-minute drive to the capital of the island, Ibiza town, where you can wander around the small boutiques, bars and museums within the old fortress, go shopping or have a meal out in a vast selection of restaurants. For those of you who want to enjoy the night-life of Ibiza, the nightclub Pacha is located here, you have a choice of stylish bars in the mariner, and Playa d'en Bossa is just 5 minutes away with the famous clubs of Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia and the most recent one; Hi.
